I can't tell you how thrilled I am with my choice to get my brows done with Jessica at Precision. I had been following her work on Instagram for over a year and although I knew I wanted microblading, I was very nervous for the whole experience. I'm so pleased with my brows. I needed correction from semi-permanent make-up I had done on my brows a couple of times, over several years. I had fading, discoloration and there is no nice way to say it, crooked, uneven brows. Jessica worked out a procedure plan with me for her to first correct and let that heal before she started the micro-blading. I was pleased with the result when she did the corrections but SO thankful for such a wonderful result from the micro-blading. Jessica will give you pre-care instructions when you schedule and follow through with excellent post-care instructions to assure you heal correctly and healthfully. I want to start this review out by stating I did not do a yelp review at the time of service because I didn't want it to effect Rhiannon's business because she's really good at what she does. I think she just needs to start making business decisions on her own, for herself. She's completely capable. It's been over a year since my brows were done and I received an email from Precision Brows offering a 5.00 discount on my next service if I did a yelp review. (Seriously a 5 buck discount on a 600.00 plus service???) anyway... they ask for a review, here it is. Rhiannon did micro blading/shading of my eyebrows. I loved with my new brows. I had one tiny area where I felt I needed just one or two extra hair lines and discussed this with Rhiannon. Rhiannon agreed to do this tiny touch up for no extra charge. Scheduled an appointment and when I went in, Rhiannon discussed the touch up with the owner (Jessica?) and was told she would need to charge me for the touch up. I can't remember exactly what she wanted to charge me (150.00?) but it was not reasonable especially since it was only a couple weeks after the completed 2 sessions (and Rhiannon had already agreed to fix for no additional charge) I have all my communications with Rhiannon because she communicated via text. Still the owner told Rhiannon she would have to charge me. With the additional couple of hair strokes my brows would have been 100% perfect, Rhiannon did not follow through with our previously agreed upon arrangement. I paid over 600.00 including my tip to Rhiannon and did not feel It was good customer service to charge me more. So today my brows are fading but I still have the beautiful shaping Rhiannon did for me so I pencil it in and I'm ok with that. I am planning on getting them done again because of the fading and would love for Rhiannon to do it but I'm sure she would charge me full price. So.... Its been a little over 2 years since I had my eyebrows first done at Precision Brows. I was a teenager with a bad tweezer habit in the early 2000's and I'm paying for it now in my early thirties. I did a ton of research and booked with Precision Brows. I waited for months to get an appointment. I wanted a very minimal look, in fact all I wanted was to fill in what I had and make them look as natural as possible. I felt extremely rushed by Jessica in the process and overall it wasn't a good experience. Does she know what shes doing? Yeah no doubt but I wish she had spent more time listening to what I was wanting than by rushing me and on to the next customer. The color was far too red for my skin tone and even after the follow up I still wasn't in love. My biggest complaint is that I really just wanted them filled in. Instead it's pretty obvious it's a tattoo. I get it every ones skins reacts differently but that's why I only wanted them filled in and the space between my two brows I wanted very minimal because I knew that's where it would show the most. Did they look horrible? No they looked fine for the first year (that is with filling in with make up) however at the year mark they started to fade significantly making them even more obvious of the red tone. I actually considered getting them removed completely but I spent $600+ on them so I've just decided to let them fade completely. I now spend even more time putting product in them then I did BEFORE I had them done. Not one of my better choices. read more

So I received an email for my experience with Precision Brown and I would get $$ off my next appt but I'll pass. I rarely give reviews but since they want it here it is. My experience with Precision Brow was not wonderful. I got in easily for a consultation appointment but my wait was over 40minutes long even with an appt. That was the first red flag. I fully understood the price of the consult ($50) would be applied towards my actual procedure, if I were to go with them. The " assistant " looked at my eyebrows and took pics all within 5 minutes. Actually she just took pics because of Alopecia I do not have any eyebrows. She told me the owner would have to get back to me since she couldn't do this and this would be 3-5 days. My question is why have me come in for a consultation if you can not do the work? That was my second red flag. I waited 3 weeks before calling back after not hearing from them. The owner said she would have to do a special technique on my eyebrows since I do not have any hair and the price would be higher. This just did not make any sense since most people come in with very little hair on the eyebrows anyways. That was the third red flag to not try this place out. After consulting with two other companies out of town , they were not charging a higher price because I have no hair. Needless to say , I lost my $50 and did not choose to go through Precision Brows. PS At that time appointments were book out 6 months so I don't know if that has changed at all. read more

For so long I've been wishing for someone who tattoos brows - for a method enhancing the natural brow without shaving them off. In the 80's/90's I've seen too many women with comically, horribly done brow tats. Not only does the ink turn olive-greyish-black, but they're asymmetrical and glaringly, obviously poorly done. After questioning her @ length re: product/service, application method, expected pain level/life span, I stewed about it longer. Finally, I decided to do it, and boy am I glad I did! Got mine done 4/2, and to date I LOVE THEM. FINALLY -- I know what it's like to have a beautiful set of brows. Dear Readers, don't let the price turn you away. Her rates are reasonable and affordable if you give up your Starbuxx & Sephora products for a month. She's worth it! Often times you get what you pay for and this is QUALITY! Jessica is meticulous about ensuring this tailored brow tattoo flatters you and looks natural. No surprised expressions here or uneven work. She is the real deal. The whole process took about 1.5hrs +/-, because I had several coughing spells. Jessica had to stop and let me get it out before resuming. After she was done, I must admit I was SHOCKED, because it was so dark. Jessica assured me in a weeks' time, I will get used to them. Can I say right now I'M SO SORRY for doubting you?! And for the women with health concerns, her pigments DO NOT interfere with CT and/or MRI scans. One week later, scabs have fallen off (I religiously followed the aftercare instructions -- don't ruin your investment, Dear Readers), and must say I was sorry to see the scabs fall off, because I loved how dramatic my brows were when healing. Me experience at Precision Brows was just ok. The place was very nice and clean. I paid $750, and I didn't get what I expected. I'm not saying this will be the case for you, but I will tell you that there are great artist out there, who have great customer service, and are a little more reasonable. Me giving this business a two had to do with the customer service I experienced, and also not getting the results I wanted. I understand everyone will have different results, but if you as a professional know that the results aren't going to be what the customer is seeking from the first initial appointment, then that should be said from the very beginning, so that the customer has the option of continuing or ending the service. I also feel that the price is a little to steep to pay for mediocre results. I will not go back for a touch up. Sorry again, just my experience and opinion.
