I came in to see Dr. Aaronson because I had a lot of pain in my bunion from playing sports. The office took a foot X-ray, and Dr. Aaronson told me I might have gout (highly unlikely in my opinion since I had gout once before and it felt nothing like this, which I told him). He told me I might need surgery and sold me a pair of $90 inserts. The next day I went to Marathon Sports because I heard they have a machine that you can use for free that scans your feet to find the right shoe size. I did this scan, and it turned out I was wearing sneakers that were 1/2 to 1 size too small! I bought new sneakers and the pain problem was solved! Dr. Aaronson NEVER EVEN MEASURED MY FEET AND TOLD ME I WAS WEARING SHOES THAT WERE TOO SMALL. I can't believe that a podiatrist didn't do the most basic thing of seeing if my shoes were the correct size and I instead found this out for free by simply going to a shoe store.

Other than that, was given my choice of juices/ coffee and cookies/crackers, after the donation was over. I'll gladly donate for people in need. Like I might need help some day as well. Pray to God!

After filling out the questionair, went in for an evaluation with Andrea, a cuddly - looking, no-nonsense nurse who enjoys the HGTV channel playing on the donation area flat screen TVs. The needle stick went well with no subsequent bruising, she's a pro. Ask for her. I got a little giddy halfway through the donation. Andrea and another of the girls brought me juice and tums to replace calcium. Felt fine by the end. A great selection of snacks, including bakery goods and a fridge full of juices were out in the recovery area. Best to make a weekend appointment as early as possible. The waiting area was beginning to fill up as I was finishing. An overall good experience. I'll be back in 16 weeks.

PA came and told me that I don't have hear problem and I was dismissed. Very next day I was hospitalized with A-fib and tachycardia. I am very dissapointed that I was dismissed so easily with heart problem. The PA should have being more concerned because even though my EKG was normal, but the heart rate was very fast. He should have being more careful and, perhaps, recommend me to go to the ER at least. Please, be careful with those urgent cares. They can only diagnose a very simple diagnoses.

I came to this place with high expectations because I had a bad Botox experience about a month ago…read morein which I had to go back 2 separate times for fixes and it was still not corrected. I sought out another med spa for a touch up and to only lift my eyebrows. When I talked to the girl on the phone I told her I needed just an eyebrow lift which would be about 4 units total. 2 units above each eye. She said on Wednesday's it's $9 per unit. Cool! That's a good deal! I've been getting Botox for years and know my face and know how much Botox I need to get the desired affect. With already having 40 units in my face over the last month I didn't need much more to reached the arches eyebrows. My Appt was at 230p. I was told to come about 15min early to fill out paperwork. At 305p I was finally taken back. Long wait time. Botox appts should only last 15min. I should of already been done by then. I told the doctor and 2 assistants I wanted 4 units (2 on each side). As he was mixing the Botox he made the proper marks where the Botox would go and injected me. I thanked them and walked to the front to pay. Thinking it was going to be $36, the girl says $120. I was like what?! She started to make some phone calls to the back in which she said they injected me with 14 units. Why on earth would a doctor inject someone who already had a whole forehead full of Botox with 14 more units. I said I only asked for 4. She wanted to argue with me and kept telling me that's what the doctor injected. I said no, I didn't ask for that. Then another woman came out from the back who I'd never seen before and said that they injected me with 14 units. I said who are you, you weren't even in the room. The doctor never once came out to explain anything. Just these incompetent women who know nothing I'm sure about Botox but are just going through motions because they work there. I said I'm not paying for 14 units as I didn't ask for that, nor did I need that, and how do I even know if that's how much he put in my face. It could of all been a scam. I said well I'm only paying for 4 units. She said well it's $10 per unit. Again, another scam, when I was told it was $9 per unit on the phone a week before. I was so heated and my blood pressure was raged by this time. I tossed $40 on the counter and walked out. Steer far far away from this place. They are rude, do not listen to their patients, try to scam them for more money and do not know a thing about injectables. On top of that the doctor recommended lip implants because I told him my Juvederm didn't hold from a prior session I had done back home. I never said once I wanted anything permanent in my face! WTF!!! DO NOT GO HERE! The worst! I've concluded from the 2 med spas in Boston that I've went to that I've had horrible experiences at, that I will go back to Vegas for any future cosmetic injections. I feel the spas back home are more trained and professional about the products and listen to what their clients ask.

I cannot recommend them highly enough! Katie, Mike, and the rest of the staff were amazing. The office and facilities were always extremely clean. They had lots of different equipment and exercise stations for me to receive lots of different treatment. They did a great job adjusting my treatment as my recovery moved along. After following their detailed program for many months, I was able to fully recover and my surgeon cleared me to resume all my prior activities. If you ever need rehab, you will not regret going to Motion Works.

University Orthopedics places making as much money off you as possible far above patient interests…read more My experience here was terrible and I want to warn anyone else against trusting the team here. I received bills for things that team members explicitly told me were not going to cost me money. If anyone comes into your room to give you something, tell them to shove it. If they schedule you to with the OT team here, push it back a couple weeks ago so you don't end up going only to find out you aren't recovered enough to start. This group even has their sales people dress in scrubs so you'll assume they are care providers. University Orthopedics is not a place you to go to get your injuries healed, it's a place you go to to lose trust in doctors. I would recommend going anywhere else so you don't end up feeling as stupid as I do for trusting them.
