Beck service is excellent with quality work done and alot of integritity of their people, however Beck colision center has been completly the opposite, incompetant and like previous reviewer mentioned, you get a sense you matter, your advisor knows what he is doing and the technicians know what they are doing but its just BS, empty promises by talking heads and you expected to accept an absolute crappy repair and paint job. I've been told nothing, so no clue. They sold the rental I was using. Asking if I knew, if it would be a few days or weeks. Again I had to call. Why? Communication- Beck collision- zero, Vicky, hero. Now on to my number that mysteriously got changed. someone changed my number, I have a missed call from Beck Collision on the 28th of February at around 3:24 pm. Please help understand how that is. A month of a rental car that was wasted. I paid them over 100 or close to it because they put me in a car out of my range. My fault. I've never been through this or rentals. Pray never have to again. 10-15 day estimate on a front end deer collision. Ended up being a month. No updates from them unless I called. 3 weeks of you'll be ready mid week. Next week no call. I wait. Call again. Mon or Tuesday the next end of week . No call. 3rd call. Behind pushing priorities. Really. I have a 30 day time frame. I finally called my claims adjuster told her everything that was going on. I was panicking and anxious She tried to call the guy over my car. He wasn't in . So she emailed. Told me I'd be the first call. No call. Tuesday morning last day for my rental. They call to remind me. I told her if I had not heard from anyone by 12:30 I will be going to palatka to get answers in person. The phones and emails are obviously a joke. I get there at 1:20. As I'm pulling in my car sitting in the parking lot. Nothing except broken parts gone. 30 days. I took a video sent to my insurance and headed to the office. No one acknowledged me. Workers all around. I called the phone for jokes. Receptionist was not at her desk. Men in office ignored it. I'm fuming. Go outside park my walker by the door someone is gonna talk to me. A truck pulled in next to me as I was trying to go back in. They helped me in. Saw my face and shaking and asked who's getting fired. Not sure but someone's not gonna like me. The guy in office comes out. Asks them can he help them. They said this lady been here. I only said. Get me the number one boss here now. He left came back said he'd be here shortly. I asked the men to let him know he will want this conversation outside. He came out saw I was shaking mad. Told him everything. I sat here from 1:20 till now. It's 1:50. The car has to be turned in an my car is in same shape 30 days later. He called the guy from office out to go pull my records. Comes back. He's looking. Mhmm yep ok. Headed it to me. Immediately see my number is wrong. He asked do I have new number. No I don't. Told the guy this why we always interact with the customer. That could be the person at fault. I said yeah if a deer has a phone. He told me in my face we don't do business if it's happened to you could others. Enterprise reaches me, insurance reaches me . How did my number get changed. He covered the car himself until Friday. Made the office guy put correct number on that paper. Next day storming. I get a call you're cars ready. Interesting. Called and left Mr Gary a voicemail. No answer. Emailed him. Then I got to thinking. Looked through my log . Someone called me on February 28th. Explain that. Lie to my face to calm the disabled upset lady down. Well done. They actually told me each time that they had no idea when it would be done. On the day before six weeks in shop, we received our vehicle without discount, or even an apology. For the record, they did state the paint person was out 3-4 days, only after I called. That was at week three. Upon contacting other office in Jax, I was told I could not speak to a manager or owner. I have to call orange park office. The one that didn't care. Now I see neither cares about customer. VALID ISSUES DESERVE PROPER RESPONSE, NOT A WORD WAS GIVEN!

I searched reviews and found All Star. I took my car in thinking I was going to have to spend at least 500$ on a single part. The throttle body. Steve was in contact through the whole process. I ended up having a loose wire and loose vacuum hose. My car was ready the next morning. I ended up paying for only an oil change. I will be going to All Star for all of my cars needs in the future. Word of advice. If your mechanic saves you a couple 100$ or 1,000$. Pls be sure to tip them. You can't go wrong with All Star Automotive.
