He gave me the good, the Bad, and the ugly of what he could find wrong and about what it would cost. I have came to them before and was a loyal customer. Wrote an amazing review last time & recommended this shop to EVERYONE I knew in this area. I travel a lot back and forth from Nashville to Kentucky for my music, so my car is always in need of work (haha). My last experience with this place was so AWFUL that it had me in tears. I dropped my car off over a week ago to get looked at. I am pregnant and expecting in November so told them I needed someone to make sure it was safe to bring a baby home in.. When I dropped it off they didn't remember me or remember that I called (even called a few weeks before they opened back from covid-19 to talk about my concerns and they told me to bring it in after they opened). I overlooked that and decided to still leave my car because of my previous experience with them helping me. Three days passed and I still didn't have a call from them at all. Called every day & no answer.... FINALLY on the 4th day they called and started to tell me a few things they saw wrong with it & the call dropped.. i tried to call them back & got no answer and went to voicemail.... So i left a voicemail to call back... Another day passed... i called again... left a voicemail.... no return call from them... This went on for a few more days. I called every single day & left voicemails. ...NOTHING. Finally, today I got a ride & went up there to just get my car from them and decided to take it somewhere else since I had yet heard from them or anything. When I told them I was disappointed with how they handled my car.. that I have baby appointments to go to and another child as well and they could have called me and let me know that they were "too busy" or "didn't have time" to help me.... They argued with me and were so rude that it literally brought me to tears. They did all of this in front of another customer of theirs as well, all while I told them that I would still pay them their "$137 diagnostic fee" although I never got a phone call from them or anything. And then was spoken down on in their shop the whole time. I have never took time to write out a bad review like this. I understand people get busy and places can't give perfect service, but to argue with someone and STILL charge them $137 for a "diagnostic" that I was never fully told or given... never call your customer back and keep their car for over a week... is just disrespectful and bad business. I would not recommend going here at all. They will not give you their time & will still charge you and argue with you over not calling you about your vehicle. read more

They was overcharged us. We brought our car in for an issue. They said they "fixed it" but when we got it back it still has the same issue. They charged us over $1000 to fix said issue. Went to another shop told them what happened and the other shop was shocked at the price. They way overcharge you. My car is still not fixed. $1000 for NOTHING. We gave it back to them and they "fixed it" again. Still not fixed. The issue with the car is that it will die when you come to a stop. Or won't start when you go somewhere, turn the car off for a few minutes. Then when you come back it won't start. On top of all of that they had the car for over a week. So not only did we pay $1000 to get it fixed we had to get a rental car so I could get to and from work. Go somewhere else. 10/10 would not recommend. Also they smoke inside their office and it smells really bad. So there's that. read more

So I'm on my way to work and my check engine light turns on. I called and it was almost 9 am so no one answered. No big deal. Then a few minutes later I get a call back and my wife was able to get a walk in appointment first thing. I get dropped off at work, my wife goes right over where they do a quick diagnostic. It was fixed right away, no problems. The month before, we had a headlight out and they were able to change it out super quick and were even able to get a replacement brought in from a supplier within an hour or so, without charging my arm and legs off! read more

Unreliable business. I took an engine to the shop at the end of February and thought the original engine that I purchased from them was in working condition, said the owner. Well two weeks into the repair I get a call from Matt, the owner now stating that the engine that he sold me was no good. He gave me 2 options to take my money back or bring him the engine that was in my navigator and genius rebuild one out of two. Keep in mind that I am a paying customer and that I supplied all the paranormal the rebuild. A month goes by and I continuously try to get in contact with him, which each time I get the feeling that he trust to avoid me. On one occasion that I did finally get a chance to talk to him he had told me that he had sent the heads off to be cleaned, and that he was waiting on them to return. A month went by and still no progress, at one time his brother andrew told me that he walks by that thing and says that he needs to work on it. When ...he heads finally came in he told me that they were no good and was blaming it on the machine shop. I called the machine shop and asked them how long it would take just for a cleaning, his reply was a couple of days. So I dug a little deeper and asked about the heads that precision sent to them and he stated that he sent them back a month ago. And, that the heads that were sent to him were damaged from the beginning. I don't know how a business can be run where u avoid your customers and lie to them especially when they are paying for a service. read more

We had trusted these guys for years with all of our vehicles. I even sent my father there when his truck needed repairs, but never again. We took our SUV there with transmission issues. The first place we took it to diagnosed it but we wanted a second opinion from a place we trusted. Big mistake! They had our vehicle for over a month, every time we called it was an excuse, couldn't get it in, to busy, couldn't get the diagnostics to work on it, had to drive it to get it to act up. I started seeing it in the mechanic's driveway, at his house! When we asked about it, again he would say he had to drive it to get it to act up. Keep in mind it was in the shop for repair, we were told by the other mechanic not to drive it because the transmission was going out.This past Sunday we seen his wife driving it to church! We had the cops go with us to get my SUV back, this guy had the nerve to yell at us and get upset. They had completely trashed my vehicle! There was trash, food smashed into the carpet, splattered drinks on the seats, carpet, doors and windows, ashes and stale smoke blowing out of the air vents. Several paint chips and two large scratches on the exterior, a small dent and that is not even the worst of it. After getting the odometer reading from the first mechanic, we found out this family had drove my vehicle for almost 1600 miles!! They even took it to Holiday World in Indiana. They seriously drove it out of state! So far we have paid $250 for a detailing and ionized treatment to get rid of the smoke. We have been told by the new mechanic, that instead of just a repair we are now replacing the transmission; we are still waiting for the final analysis of damage. Beware of this small, family ran business. They will charge less than everyone else, seem wonderful and trustworthy but it's all because they are going to stab you in the back the minute you leave. We are now looking at several thousands of dollars in damage & repairs. Have been out of a vehicle for going on 2 months, actually financed another vehicle because I could no longer afford the rental car I had...all so this family had a comfortable vehicle to joyride in.
