If you are ever driving down 101 and have an unexpected issue. Precision is the place to go to. We were in our RV when something was going wrong. We did not know what was wrong but everyone on the road was honking at us. I would stop and talk a look. Everything looked fine when I would stop. RV's are hard to find a place that will help and at the last minute is even more unheard of. The staff said they would take a look. I know they were very busy. They could of easily said no but instead they said to stop by. They understood we would have been stuck on the road. After a few minutes of troubleshooting we started to figure out it was an oil issue and then found the oil filter had a problem. Oil was leaking out of the oil filter. Within an hour and a half. The problem was troubleshoot and fixed. We were lucky it was a simple fix. I know even if it was not an easy fix. The staff was going to do everything they could to fix the issue. First thing, if I ever find myself near Greenfield again Diego is my first call! Rolling up the freeway to Monterey for a Marathon my car's head gasket blew! Diego couldn't have made my difficult car failure more simple. He called a tow truck for me, replaced my engine in a timely manner, went out of his way for our pick up and then called to follow up the next week to make sure everything was running great. He not only went above and beyond to resolve my problem, but located the culprit of my issue which was a poor rebuild of front end after i was hit by some one. Broke down in King City a few days ago, lost a belt and all radiator fluid. It was late and everything was closed. The next day started looking for a mechanic but nothing for BMWs, ran a search for "BMW" and Precision popped up because of a previous review. I called Diego and arranged for towing. He diagnosed the problem shortly after popping the hood, busted tensioner and broken belt severed upper radiator hose. I was back on the road a few days later and grateful that I found Diego. He called me today to check to see if everything was going since I was an out-of-towner. Thank you for the great customer service and keeping me updated during the process. This place is amazing when it comes to customer service. It's labor day weekend and they're here working on a Monday! I called them because I hit something on the road and my oil light went on...even though I got a fresh oil change yesterday before my trip. I was driving from out of town and they answered very nicely and told me to come in. They lifted my car and checked the under carriage. They told me everything was fine and told me how to reset my sensor on the car. They didn't charge me, but they took the time out to help out and didn't have any type of negative attitude. This business has saved my life a few times. Diego, Alberto, and the rest of the crew are efficient, honest, professional, and all-around super helpful. I drive a car that is getting on in years and often needs a little more TLC than a newer model. At the same time, I have to do a lot of driving for family, etc. Diego and the men keep my little car running safely and well, and they are always really fair on pricing. The parking lot does get a little crowded as the day goes on, but that's a sign of how much in demand they are! Definitely one of the best in our valley! read more
