My daughter's 2010 Ford Escape needed a replacement radio/CD player since her factory original stopped working. I had done some online shopping and was totally confused about what to buy. The technology today is vastly different from when I was young! I called and spoke to Salman, their Marketing Director. He obviously knew what he was talking about, he asked great questions, and assured me that he could take care of us. And, he was telling the absolute truth. My daughter and I went to the store and met with Salman. He was very patient with us, explaining the various features, and options. He was never pushy and we both felt like he had our best interests at heart. We narrowed the selection to 2 options. Salman priced out both options for us. And, he offered several discounts to help my daughter afford this expense. As promised, it was done on time. When we went to pick up her Escape, Salman was already in her car and demonstrated all the features. He also verified that everything else, such as the heated seats, still worked. The installation looks great. Everything worked as described, and the radio came with a rear camera, which they also installed. And, Salman gave us a 7 year labor warranty at no additional cost. I was dreading this experience. And, I was holding my breath that my daughter would be satisfied when we picked up her vehicle. Thank goodness!!! I would recommend Precision Auto Stereo and Salman to anyone who would listen. And, I will gladly use them again should the need arise. Overall, a very very positive experience! read more

Kind of scammy. Needed a cheap car alarm and their posting on Craigslist looked perfect. Spoke with someone at the shop on the phone about the alarm after giving him the make, model and year. He looked it up and said they had the $99 alarm in stock and install was free. Set up an appointment for the following Saturday morning. Showed up and of course, there was no appointment for me. Next, after talking to the guy behind the counter, the cost of the alarm more than tripled. I get NOW that my car needs an interface, which is why it cost so much more. But the guy on the phone should have told me. The advertisement on their Craigslist posting should also have mentioned the potential interface cost or at least an asterisk next to the bs prices. Gave them an extra star since the guy I spoke to in the store seemed ok. read more

Very happy with the installation that Frankie and his crew did. He's very humble with his work and if you need something just ask. Bought my girlfriend a 10" Kicker, amp, and a Sony deck for Christmas and I needed somewhere to install it. I don't know anyone personally and really had no recommendations on where to go so I turned to yelp for some direction. After calling a few places just to get a feel of their customer service and how they handle their business over the phone I decided to come to Precision. Very friendly over the phone and told me it could be done the same day (it was a Saturday). Dropped the car off around 11am that Saturday and they looked very busy, cars lined up to work on. No biggie, we had another car to take and get some stuff done that day. Frankie assured me it would be done that day. I called around 6pm and he said they were almost finished so we headed down and they were just finishing up. He allowed my girlfriend and I to sit in the shop and watch the work that was being done. Just goes to show that they have nothing to hide with their work. 20 minutes later they were finished and we couldn't have been happier. Sub sounded great, speakers sounded crisp and clear. However, when we drove off her airbag light started to flash and never went away. Didn't wanna take it back that day because it was Saturday and after closing. No big deal. Called Frankie on Monday and asked him to bring the car back today (Tuesday) to have the airbag light looked at. Met him at 9:15am, he handed me the keys at 10am and the light was gone! Honestly my girlfriend and I are very happy with the service and work that Frankie provided for us especially for a first time customer. I am the type of person who doesn't mind paying extra for better customer service knowing I have peace of mind and someone who's gonna take care of me. Frankie helped me out with a new radio install, a first ever for my 2000 4 runner. He asked me about what I wanted, and who I spoke with on the phone to make sure I got the same deal I was told, which was pretty affordable $200 for everything, parts, labor, radio. He was nice to explain the features of the radio and highlighted the fact it was a new model. I just wished there were better chairs to sit while we waited. Lol he seemed friendly and knowledgeable. I don't even know what to say about this place besides it's seriously the beat honest customer care I ever come across. My tv screen has went out 3x now for some odd reason and I swear they have never ever once refused to look at it let alone replace it under warranty with absolutely no hesitation!
