I used their service to detail my Nissan Frontier. They also installed newer radio for me. I am not happy with the radio and let them know and they say it's basically my problem. I agree it was done without my actually seeing the unit and taking their word for it as being their best seller. My fault. I did try to work it out with no positive results. Regarding the detail work performed, it was below my expectations, especially after my wife and neighbor pointed out bug remains left on the vehicle and the headlights lenses not being treated to make clear. I bought a product and performed that myself. My truck is a low-mileage, '08 kept in covered parking. It does look better now that the lenses are clear and we removed the bug stains ourselves. I will not recommend this place nor will we use their services again. read more

While picking up a uhaul, the lock box code was incorrect. The owner was in the office staring at me for 2 hours on the phone and would not come out to unlock the lock box. We had already paid for the uhaul and corporate would not refund us. He yelled at us over a loud speaker about the issue he was on the phone for. read more

We were transferred here for our UHAUL pick-up after the original location we had scheduled did not have the truck available in time. When we arrived, I had to call a number on the door to get service. When I called the number, it gave a fax tone. The second time I attempted, it just gave me a regular busy signal. After finally finding the manager around the shop, he legitimately yelled at me that his phone worked and to call again. He could have easily stood 6ft away and talked to us in person. His attitude was beyond unpleasant. Finally, we get through after two more attempts at calling this number he has posted up on the door. The UHAUL website was having issues that day, which was not Precision's fault; however, the way in which the manager spoke to us as we tried to get everything sorted out so we could pick up our key was ridiculous. He was rude and condescending, and had a very clear attitude, as if WE were inconveniencing him, despite us being 2 hours late for our move. The inside of the truck (both cab and back) were also dirty and littered with trash from the previous users. I'm not sure if Precision was supposed to clean up before giving it to another person, but they clearly did not, as we had to throw away several used tissues, napkins, empty bottles, crushed fruit loops and random junk people left in the back. Due to the unprofessional attitude of the manager, I will never take my business here again, for UHAUL or car repair. Absolutely horrid. It's unfortunate the manager left such a bad taste in my mouth, as the employee who did jump in to help us was kind. The manager should really reconsider working in a field that does not require interaction with the public at all. read more

I rented a 26 ft. U-Haul truck from this poor excuse for a business on 4/28/18. After I accepted the truck and took off, I discovered the A/C didn't work, it only blew hot air. My 172 mile round trip was a little sweaty. I thought they might consider giving me a credit, but instead they overcharged me for gas. When I accepted the truck, it was slightly UNDER 3/4 full, and I returned it exactly 3/4 full. They still charged me $22.00 for gas because they claim the tank was between 5/8 and 3/4 full. LIARS and CROOKS, I have a picture showing it was 3/4 full on the exact mileage that was on the odometer when I returned the truck. Also, when I was checking in, the "manager" kept interrupting the sales clerk who was trying to finalize my contract. The "manager" was telling the clerk that he was about to leave, and if a friend called to tell the friend they should meet at a certain place at a certain time. He did this 3 different times before the clerk finished my contract, it was absolutely ridiculous. This place obviously doesn't care about repeat business, especially the so-called manager. read more

This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. I had my smart start installed here and first off let me tell you if you have a luxury car steer clear of these guys. The owner "JO", he is going to act like he knows everything and you should follow what he says, blah blah blah. This is a franchise Smart Start store, go to an actual corporate store. The corporate stores are cheaper and they know what they are actually doing because that is ALL they do. I later found out that they "watched an installation video" to install the device in my car. My high beams did not work the whole time I had the device nor could my dealership run any diagnostic testing on my car because they had it hooked to that wire AND my air bags. When I got the device removed at an actual Smart Start corporate store it took THREE technicians to remove it as well as twice the time because of all the short or wrong cuts they took to install it. They also cut some of my wires too short which had to be fixed as well. These guys need to stick to cleaning cars, not installing anything other than clean floor mats. read more

Do not take your vehicle here to have a radio put in! Took my car there twice, still do not have a working radio! I'm out a $166.00 and the cost of the radio. Unless it is a plug and play they cannot install a radio. I was lied to several times and promises made that weren't kept! read more
