Probably the absolute slowest car wash I've ever been to. Even if there are only a few cars in line too. Iv given them the Benefit of the doubt and tried them a few times but it's the same every time. Slow slow slow! I paid at the gas station for a car wash, only to go over to get my car wash, and the machine wouldn't take a code. I had to pay for another wash to get in and talk to the employee who didn't seem to care told me it wasn't their problem go back to the gas station. He hardly scrubbed my car, the only "cleaning" it received was the pollen was off. Bugs all there still. (not love bugs, just basic gnats and stuff.) Also, got there at 8 with four other cars, didn't get in til 8:30.... I'm all for a DIY car wash so, I wont be back. The gas station attendant said this happens all the time! read more

Zippys is now owned by another outfit. Not better and I am writing this as they decided to not stay open until the 8:00 pm stated on their site. I arrived at 7:25 and although the bay doors were still open and all the lights still on they had blocked the entrance to go into either of the two possible gates. Thought I'd let ya know. read more

I have been in line for 30 minutes as third in line. Nothing has moved. I am angry and generally patient but this is ridiculous. Never had a problem before with this place but are you kidding me? I have been trapped for too long. Also, the $5 car wash is $6. Don't appreciate being lied to. Edit: people have *left the line* but I can't because I'm ahead of the bar. I've always loved zippys until now...after I paid for the most expensive wash I saw one of the attendants hit his fist on the cars hood in front of me telling them to pull forward. Then I hear him yelling, "did you just put money in the machine?!" I had no idea that he was talking to me.. then he comes to my window and he's extremely mad and asked again if I put money in the machine and I told him yes.. then he ask for my receipt and once I handed it to him he's even more mad and tells me that I broke the machine and to NEVER put money in before the gate goes totally down... maybe you put a sign up telling people that before coming up to a customer that just paid. Hours clearly states open til 8 on Thursday's... I came at 6:58 and the guys working turned off the lights and would not answer the phone to give me a reason why they were closed! Very Unsatisfied!!! read more

I had my hood bumped by fist ,didn't mind it because I was not paying attention it wasn't hard enough to do anything but wake me up to keep line moving. I pay 25 a month and can get 3 washing a day if I want and they haven't missed my bumper scene I started paying monthly. read more

Great wash! I'd recommend getting the $20 wash has all the waxes and soaps to shine the car up great! They have unlimited plans too if you wash often set one up! Great wash! read more

Our car has been damaged. The brushes caught or wiper blade and snapped it off and it the broke our windshield and then proceeded to break the windshield of the brand new SUV behind us as well as gouge her rooftop. They are denying liability stating that we must have had our wipers on!! My husband had gone there hundreds of times over that last couple of years and knows the drill! We know better! I would not recommend them because they will not do the honorable thing and fix our car! read more

I have used Zippy's since they came to Nacogdoches..Today 11-16-2016 was the first time that they did not wash my front bumper...I saw they were not doing this, so I rolled my window down to ask the young man if he would wash the front bumber...He said they do not do that, but if I would go around again he would wash it...I was not about to do that...I told him the other ones that have worked have always washed my bumper without me asking..He said "Oh Well" I guess I will be finding another car wash from now on... read more

This place has a terrible setup if you pay for the wash at Murphy's Gas Station. You have to honk the horn once you get to machine for payment so an employee can enter your code. This process can take no telling how long if they are busy. Meanwhile, the other car lines are moving ahead of you as you wait. It is a terribly inefficient and hit/miss system. I strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere. read more

use to be the $6 car wash didn't use spray to clean bugs off windshield and front of truck now when you pay $10 you leave with bugs on your ride. Will be moving to full service were they clean your inside and out for the $ zippys get just for the outside read more

Unprofessional Conduct / Poor Service Dirty truck with bugs. Bought bug cleaner package at Murphy's next door and waited #2 in line for 8:15 opening. (Was told prior day by zippy employee opens at 8 AM on Saturday ). Must honk to have worker open gate to enter and I told him the front of my truck was dirty with bugs. Time for scrub by employees prior to entering tunnel interrupted by one employee opening gate for other car and not cleaning the right side of grill, hood, window and mirror. Was hopeful that still the mechanized wash would get the job done. NO! Very dissatisfied and got back in line to try again. Arriving at gate second time, Employee controlling gate just walked away to supervisor, Carlos Menendez, who was very unprofessional to me and refused to complete the cleaning of my truck stating that prices had gone up and they were still stuck with a contract with Murphy's next door. I asked him politely 3 different times to wash my truck again to get it clean. No. He gave me the number of the office there that answers as a fax. He refused to provide his boss's name or the owner and refused to give me an address to correspond the problem to a higher level and he asked me to leave. I repeated again that he had the ability to correct the poor service and he refused again. I then went to Murphy's procured the card with wash description and showed Mr Menendez the wash I purchased that included bug treatment. I informed Mr Menendez that I would either contact a superior or file a complaint. Cannot find any other superior, phone number or address so I will let you decide if you choose to utilize their services or not. Other online sites have negative reviews for stonewalling and prior episode with news story for unprofessional handling of car damage. I called Zippy phone number again 2 hours later and had fax beep only. Oh, I called Zippy in Lufkin with no human answer and a full mailbox therefore making leaving a message impossible. I shall be considering other options in the future. LET THE BUYER BEWARE !!!! Total time wasted for poor service and unprofessional conduct for me was 1 hour and 8 minutes not including writing this review and and BBB report. read more
