It has been a little less than 3 months with no movement, we called and sent email after email (they told us they never got our emails but after a couple calls replied to our emails a day later) with no update, since a part is on "back order". We called and they told us that they thought we would be getting the part they needed, we told them that is their job. Why should be looking since they are being paid to do the job. We insisted on even getting after market parts just so we can get our vehicle back. We are still waiting for them to return us our vehicle. This place is a joke, do not go here, go somewhere else for better customer service and faster deliverability.
