I highly recommend this company as they are professional, friendly, honest and competent. Today I called at noon and the technicians were here at 2. They were proficient and diagnosed the issue within minutes. Then it was fixed in a little over an hour. They even changed out my existing air filter. The pricing is very reasonable and they actually are less expensive than another company, Econoair, which has a lower rating. Ok, seriously, 110% NOT DISAPPOINTED that I went w Pete and his guys!!! For only having 6 reviews when I looked up this company, I decided to go w them anyway and definitely the right choice. I called Pete late in the evening,left a voicemail not expecting him to respond back til next day and to my surprise called back shortly after. His guys were backed up a few days, which I totally expected BUT! He gave me tips and tricks to see if it would hold me over til they could come out,and honestly prob "could" even fix the issue! Being that Im a technician(of a different trade of course), I understand minor to moderate trouble shooting alittle bit better than the average joe, but Pete said FaceTime him and he could walk me through it if need be...who does that!!? That alone was enough for me to realize he actually cares for his business enough to possibly lose a customer/money based on a simple phone call that potentially could have fixed the problem w/o them having to come out. He definitely went above and beyond in my eyes. We had one minor hiccup with the first visit, and I called Pete back, he pretty much immediately had his tech come back out and correct it. Been working perfectly fine since(alittle over a wk now). Price is pretty fair, techs are professional and they honor first responders and military which we are both. Our AC unit failed on a Friday night in July when the daytime temperatures were in the mid 100's and the lows in the 80's. Getting the unit fixed or replaced needed to happen quickly! Pete, along with his team, Andy and Javier, had the crane in our driveway with a new AC unit at 6:00 am the following Tuesday. We were cool in our house by noon that same day. Best service, best response, best overall!My A/C went out during the hottest week in recent memory while I had company from out of state. I called in the morning and not only did Pete answer the phone personally, he was able to fit me into his already overloaded schedule the same day. The temperature inside my house was 95 when he arrived and then had to go into the attic. NOT something they typically do after 11 am because of the excessive heat but he went well above and beyond. He was so sincere and really concerned about getting our AC restored. His price was very reasonable. He did not take advantage or charge me for an emergency call out. WOW! Precision Air installed a new A/C in my 2-story house, a split unit which means half the unit is in attic, upstairs through a 24x24 crawl space. This is a job that some HVAC companies wouldn't touch even over the phone, got a few quotes from companies the were willing, met with Pete from Precision, came out to house, gave me a quote without going in attic like most others did and said "it'll be no problem" I kinda raised an eyebrow after watching the song and dancing quotes before and after him, and decided to go with Precision, excellent choice! Agreed on Saturday, crew shows up Monday with a start time at 7am, I'm a prompt kinda guy so when I say 7 that doesn't meant show up at 7, crew showed up at 6:45, started working before 7, "like em already!" Crew was very professional and courteous. Called it a day around 4, was very hot in attic! Ask what was a good start time for next, told them 7, showed at 6:45, got started before 7! Finished up at 9am, cleaned up to the point you couldn't even tell they were there, no dirt, dust or footprints! My husband wrote a review already, but I wanted to write another one because Pete and his team were so helpful to me, personally. Our A/C died in the middle of summer (110 degrees!) on a friday night, so by the time the AHS insurance folks got back to us, they couldn't even get someone to check out our A/C until the following wednesday. We have a 2 and 4 year old, my husband was working night shifts at the time, so couldn't wait that long, especially since the repair could have taken another week! I contacted Pete on Monday and he got back to me immediately. He even came out personally that day to check out the A/C, even us though his schedule was completely booked. By Wednesday, he and his team had installed a new A/C for us at a reasonable price and we were back in the house (we had to stay in a hotel because our house was 90 degrees!). He also coordinated and showed up personally for the subsequent duct testing and final inspections. His team made a pretty difficult situation way easier for me and my family. He was extremely responsive throughout the process and he is the nicest guy!! I highly recommend Pete and his team and would give them a higher rating than 5 stars if I could. read more

Does not stand behind his labor or his products. I had work recently and is already faulty. Said he would come out and charge me again even though its been a short while (less than a year with maybe 6 weeks run time on the unit) and its obviously a faulty part that he installed. Consumer beware find someone who will stand behind there product and labor. Unit has only had a very small runtime on it. Now i will either have to call someone else or fix myself. read more
