Twice per year since the purchase of the swamp cooler I have hired them to maintain the unit and for the past 5 years they have literally done nothing and only charged me for "tune ups" and "maintenance"!! Only to find out Climate Heating & Cooling have never once touched the swamp cooler and only charged me. I have attached photos of the current state of the swamp cooler. He showed up at 6:30pm (said he'd be here between 6-7), and stayed til 8 making sure everything was ship shape. Serviced the system, added coolant, flushed some drain lines that were backed up and cleaned the condenser. The price was as expected, the service was great and Jesse was helpful and friendly.
