A Complete House Inspection was 1 out of 3 places I called for a quote. Not only were they the most affordable, but I absolutely felt at ease immediately following my conversation with Pat, who called me within minutes of my inquiry. I've never done this before, so I had a lot of questions. Pat was patient with me and explained everything to me in great detail & with the utmost respect. He was very knowledgeable and by the time we ended our conversation, I felt very informed about the next steps. However, I still had 2 other quotes to obtain. What sealed the deal for me on A Complete House Inspection was something I didn't expect. The other 2 companies quoted me a MUCH higher price, but also included an additional test I was told is "necessary" - yet Pat did not include it. So I called him and asked how much more it would be for this "necessary" test. Pat asked me many follow up questions and determined I did not need this test, as he had suspected earlier so that's why he didn't include it in the quote. But he'd gladly do it for an extra charge if I wanted it. This made me realize the kind of integrity this company has.
