Run, do not use this guy. We've had nothing but problems since we've moved into our, "New," house. Two electrical outlets don't work, the brand new electric stove doesn't work, we have water damage in the basement, and now have to have walls torn doen and the floor ripped up, and now the ceiling is leaking in the basement. Flint was a great inspector! He was thorough, responsive and helpful. They worked with my limited schedule as an out of town buyer. He caught some issues in our home inspection that were crucial! The report was thorough. He worked with me when I needed some quick help with the report as well. I can't say enough about this company and specifically about Flint. His inspection of our future home was meticulous! He found an issue with sewer gas and advised the current owners of what he thought the issue might be. They contacted a plumber who was able to track down and fix a minor leak in a vent pipe. The inspection performed by Flint (and his colleague, whose name escapes me right now) was incredibly thorough and they explained everything along the way. I loved that I didn't have to take any notes because he said everything would be in the report. The report came a few days later and was much more detailed (complete with photos) than I had expected. These guys are pretty good. They will take the time to walk through the home and they give you a real report. Not a fill in the blank generic report that most other places use.
