They were at the house before i got there all ready to go. They explained every step of the process thoroughly and made sure I understood if there were any issues what i would be seeing in the report. They made suggestions where they could of things they would fix or improve if it were their home. I loved that I was purchasing an old home and Gene has a lot of expertise in this area.
