They were at the house before i got there all ready to go. They explained every step of the process thoroughly and made sure I understood if there were any issues what i would be seeing in the report. They made suggestions where they could of things they would fix or improve if it were their home. I loved that I was purchasing an old home and Gene has a lot of expertise in this area. They chatted with her about what color she would paint her room and all the renovations that the little boss had planned lol. We received the inspection report bright and early the next morning and it was very beautifully packaged with photos and underlining, arrows and simple explanations. Everything was so easy to locate and understand.
