Upon arrival, I was unexpectedly met with a balance from 2022--one I was never informed of, despite having paid my balance at my last visit. Back in 2022, I was persuaded to undergo a deep cleaning, even though I had no history of needing such treatment. The office failed to verify that my insurance only covers two sites per visit, leading to a denied claim. They later resubmitted the claim, falsely stating that I required the entire treatment in one visit due to "severe dental anxiety" and that the procedure took two hours. Neither of these claims were true--I have never had dental anxiety, and my visit lasted about an hour at most. When I returned in 2024 to have my implant checked, Dr. Pham refused to see me unless I paid the disputed balance. The situation was poorly handled and disappointing. After posting my initial review, Anthony, the office manager, reached out to apologize. While they never offered to check my implant again, he did seem sincere, and the office ultimately forgave the balance. My issue was never about the money--it was about the lack of communication. Because of Anthony's effort, I agreed to remove my review. Fast forward to 2025, I continued experiencing concerns with the implant Dr. Pham placed. I reached out to the office, hoping she would evaluate it. I spoke with Anthony again, who said he would relay my concerns to Dr. Pham and instructed me to call back the next day. When I followed up, I was told that Dr. Pham refused to see me because another dentist was providing my routine cleanings. For clarity, I have not had any major dental work done--only standard cleanings twice a year. I approached Dr. Pham as a paying patient, simply seeking her expertise on her work. I wasn't looking for a favor or free service--I just thought it was reasonable to have the doctor who placed the implant assess it. The process took place on a Thursday. The following evening I noticed an issue with the temporary; a part of the temporary had a hole. I called the emergency line at Smile NRH at 10:20 pm. At 10:25 pm, Dr. Dube called back, providing her cell phone to receive the photos. She adjusted her schedule on Saturday morning to get me in to fix the temporary. Dr. Dube followed up on Monday to ensure I had no other issues. In addition, Jackie is accommodating. She works with you and your dental insurance, scheduling appointments and following up. Robyn is one of the best hygienists. She is thorough and caught my bone atrophy, where I got immediate attention to prevent further bone loss. When I was finished i was given back to Lisa who had everything that I needed to be done laid out. Since the total was over $7k I asked again if they had an actual payment plan like their website said they did. Lisa responded, "well how much could you pay for each month?" I said I didn't know and that I needed to find a doctor who had a payment plan. She immediately became very snippey, short and rude with me. She said, "well you're not going to find that so good luck." She didn't make eye contact with me after that. She had me sign the paper and said she would give me a copy. She neglected to put that paperwork and all my photos (the majority of the cost I paid for) into my folder. The office also charged me $119- they told me when I scheduled the appointment that it was $99. I called after I left to ask about the change in price and the person told me that it was a PPE/ covid charge. When I asked her why she didn't mention that when i scheduled the appointment she rudely said, "well I don't know. That's the fee." If you're looking for an actual dentist and not to be pushed into buying unnecessary things like a $175 toothbrush and looking for a doctor who actually likes patients And is willing to work with them, do NOT go here!

After arriving I was told I needed to update my medical records ahead of this appointment. Never was told to bring in my medication list or not be seen. I pay out of pocket there is no reason for insurance to be notified. My medication list is long. It is required of new patients and I have been there several times between July 2025 and today, 06/15/2026. Cannot have appointment without update given before seeing anyone. If needed and so important, why was I not made aware before showing up for appointment? Front desk was very adamant. Every lame reason was given already in my file. No need for badgering me to drive a point. It is very embarrassing to have this discussion in an open space.
