Precise Neuroscience was recommended by a friend, so I gave them a call and was placed under the care of Olivia Leber. It's important to note that Ms. Leber is a nurse practitioner, not a psychiatrist, and has a limited amount of experience. After detailing my experiences and symptoms I was offered very little feedback nor was I told my diagnosis. I also presented with memory problems and was prescribed two medications known to have side effects involving memory: nortriptyline and lamotrigine. During a follow up with my GP he advised that I switch my provider to an MD rather than a NP because he wasn't comfortable with the medications prescribed. It was also suggested that I switch locations for convenience. When I requested to do this, I was denied. Upon my third visit I finally asked for my diagnosis and about issues I was experiencing since beginning the medication. At this point Ms. Leber blew up on me saying that "this is just something that you do," and that "sometimes I just have to keep it real with my patients." After this I canceled all future appointments and went to a new psychiatrist that agreed that the medications were a problem and also picked up on an important diagnosis that Ms. Leber missed of overlooked. I also had to begin a tedious process of tapering off the drugs she prescribed to avoid anymore complications. This experience delayed proper treatment for 3 months and caused significant side effects. My quality of care was abysmal. DO NOT USE Precise Neuroscience or Olivia Leber! read more

Terrible. Willing to risk patient wellbeing to make money, suggesting they participate in studies. DO NOT DO IT. She is also unresponsive to family members feedback, even if they are on their loved ones list of people who can talk to her. It's been a horror show. Go elsewhere, do not see anyone that works at this clinic. There are plenty of other doctors who want to help!!! read more

The staff, OH HOW BAD. DO NOT GO. The front office is absolutely terrible. The staff and I mean absolutely all of the "front office" is terrible. They have had incredibly high turnover and they are being "trained" by an informal, aloof, inappropriate, PHI sharing (let's just shout this out to the world), their own world problems sharing (very loudly with lots of customers I'M GOING TO TAKE A SMOKE NOW- said to this lady), nose ring wearing office manager. These ladies have on multiple occasions shared my PHI by saying it so loudly for the world to hear and I've similarly overheard others' PHI. I've asked on many occasions to update my phone number on my account (over a 2 year period) for when they notify me of appointments because for my first appointment I gave my husband's number (he made the appointment) and over the two years I kept going, I kept asking them to update the phone number on my account. It was only the last time I was there and in person and watched this persons fingers type the numbers did anyone actually change and update my number - because when those occasions happened that he didn't tell me I had an appointment coming (they said they texted reminders he said they didn't - I believe him) I got charged a WHOPPER of a fee that they refused to remove from my account. Now, I've had amazing providers. Nicole (who is no longer there), Dr. Kwentus, Ms/Mrs. Myers. But LORDY get rid of your office manager Mandeep immediately - the best way to explain the environment she's created is that if you've walked in that door and you've spoken a word to her how dare you inconvenience her (at work)? ..... and to add salt to the wound, there were two (very large) roaches in their bathroom; I told the front office at checkout and they just gave me a weak smile and like a half hearted apology (which maybe means they knew). So were do they go potty?! So to recap, Mandeep needs to go (HAS TO GO), ASAP. Hopefully the remaining staff will either immediately get in line or if not will follow suit and also leave and then great patients will come flowing in for great providers. read more
