So far so good - I am fortunate in that I have been able to see 2 counselors from imaginebh starting during the pandemic; one for cognitive behavioral counseling, and the other for medications - each has been nothing by kind, considerate, professional and I am fortunate that i get to see them one thing that I wanted to note in this review is that therapy is not something whereas you can just show up with a "fix me" attitude and not be ready to do the work. its a symbiotic thing and I highly recommend Imagine BH read more

Imagine, Dr. Patel, Jennifer, Amy, Sarah, and other administrative staff have been nothing but God sends as I've learned to help family members maneuver various mental issues and trials. They've been available and answered questions in a timely manner. Sometimes I think people have the wrong expectations. Clinicians can only treat how the patient presents or tells them. They have been instrumental in helping my family get to a where they are today. I will always refer people to Imagine. read more

I referred a patient who had obvious suicidal behaviors. Dr Sagar Patel. This young man's wife was worried because he spent several days in a casino hotel room with a gun to his head threatening to kill himself. His wife also reported that he would drive down unfamiliar gravel roads at night at high speeds with no headlights. Sagar assessed him and decided he didn't need treatment for depression. Imagine behavioral health is amazing! It's also a "one-stop shop" for everything mental health. When my spouse and I needed support, we found it with Baxter. He attended to each of our thoughts and processes very well. He helped to guide our journey and we could not have asked for a better therapist. Jennifer Simmons was a wonderful psychiatric provider as well. She made sure my medications were what I needed and not just throwing out randoms medications like I felt most other providers did in the past! There is nothing more disappointing than finding a counselor, being ensured they can take your insurance, having a good session as a family, then being told minutes before the second session that you drove an hour to that the charge is $125. Not only that but this being discussed in the lobby, when you could have given a phone call to inform of the mistake. Unprofessional and honestly devastating to healing families. I would give negative stars if I could. read more

I too had an unfortunate experience w Baxter resulting in additional pain and trauma to my family. He lacks the marriage counseling and process addictions background needed, yet did not make a referral to a more qualified therapist. I hope no one else has to go through what we did. Seek help elsewhere. read more

Our experience with Imagine has been unimaginably bad. The therapist's diagnostic skills were all but absent and his counseling approach seemed to be profit driven. He had very little knowledge of available community resources and failed to follow up in timely manner, especially tragic for our family in severe crisis. read more

Dr. Sagar Patel is not who you want to see when you are in need of help. As a patient of his you feel like you are an utter inconvenience. During my first visit I was very hopeful that I was going to get treatment and help for ongoing issues. It was extremely disheartening to go into the office and only be read a questionnaire and then be constantly interrupted during my answers so that the "Doctor" could answer his text messages. After my brief (8-10 minutes) visit I was written a prescription and sent on my way. I was very surprised to get a call a few days before my next scheduled appointment to be told that "Dr" Patel would not be in and I would need to reschedule my appointment for another 2 weeks away. This blatant lack of concern for patients is appalling. As I hoped I would at least be able to have better luck with the therapist I was disappointed once again to find that they are only available Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm. Which for an employed person is very difficult to manage. Please take my advice if you are seeking mental health help try another practice that shows concern for their patients. read more

This group literally gave me my life back. I learned shortly after I started that I had to quit blaming everyone else for my problems. They were kind and caring but also firm when it was called for. They are not going to "fix" you. You will fix yourself with their guidance. No one can "fix" you when the problem lies within you. It will take time and a lot of introspection and honesty on your part to determine what your best path is. Above all you have to accept ownership of your problems. They combined individual therapy as well as group which was very effective. It helped to find out others had many of the same issues. I couldn't be more satisfied with their services and recommend them highly. read more
