I work with people who are struggling to manage intense emotions, feeling stuck in patterns shaped by their past, or trying to heal from painful family relationships. I also specialize in helping individuals who have a difficult relationship with food or their body, and those working through the effects of eating disorders. Our work together will be collaborative and paced with care. In our first sessions, we’ll gently explore the areas of your life where you’re hoping for change. I believe therapy should lead to real, meaningful shifts, and I aim for you to feel a sense of hope and progress within the first few sessions!
