Dayana and her crew cleaned our new house for a move in clean that on the surface looked very clean, but in reality, was rather filthy. Dayana's team was efficient and meticulous and got the house to a much higher standard of clean within 3 hours. She walked us through after the clean to make sure everything was to our standard. They went above and beyond. We will be using them again to clean the rental we are moving out of.

She went way above and beyond to make everything so sparkling and clean, and even came out at a moment's notice for me, too! She's a sweetheart who really has a extra-special touch and does a thorough and wonderful job. I'd HIGHLY recommend her and company to anyone and know with confidence that they will be as pleased as I was... And trust me, I'm a very particular when it comes to housecleaning :)

My call to schedule the clean was answered on my first try and the man I spoke with was professional and courteous. I scheduled the full house move in/move out clean for a few days later. Two cleaners arrived right on time armed with all the supplies they'd need. The ladies were friendly and hard working. It took nearly 4 hours to scrub my 1400sqft home but they didn't complain at all and even laughed with me at some weird grime left by the previous owners. I was charged exactly as quoted, about $300ish (I forget exactly). I would absolutely recommend Two Maids & a Mop to everyone looking for a thorough house clean and plan to use them again myself about once a year for annual deep cleaning help.

They did the work well and I am satisfied with that but I was unhappy that she charged me $200 because it was an office and didn't bother to call when she decided to change the price. Most of the place is vacant and I truly feel she overcharged just because it is now zoned as professional office.

I…read morewish I could give 10 stars ;-) The scheduling was very easy and the value that I received was excellent. Finally, I found cleaning staff that does not just push dirt around but ACTUALLY cleans your house with attention to detail including edges and corners. They are constantly moving and cleaning with a sense of urgency and importance which I truly appreciate and have never seen before. They managed to EXCEED my expectations which are very high. I started to worry that I will never find anybody to clean the house the way I want them to until today. I had at least 6 different cleaning companies before and non of them were as professional and detail oriented and efficient as the staff from today. I also like how I did not have to point out things that needed to be cleaned...they knew what needed to be cleaned and the result is OUTSTANDING! Unlike other companies that I researched in the area they clean what needs to be cleaned or whatever you feel you want to specify (they do not force you into a package). With THIS company I did not have any headache, they scheduled me easily, they arrived as expected, they left my house clean beyond my imagination. I am so happy, there are no words to describe how happy I am and how relieved I am to not have to continue looking for any other cleaning companies. My journey ended here and I will for always be a loyal and happy customer. By writing this review I am risking that they will get more clients and not clean my house in the future but I feel strongly that they deserve my praise and my most highest recommendations and last but not least I hope they will continue to clean my house. Thank you for making me a truly happy, and satisfied customer. COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES in this area they were very, very reasonably priced. Other companies that I contacted would have wanted me to sign up for their plans which did not meet my needs and why would anybody want to sign up for something that they have never even tried before anyway?! Also with THIS company if you like the person who cleaned your job you can request that same person which is something that I learned the hard way other(!) companies in this area do not do. Other companies first send you a good cleaning person and then after you sign up you get somebody that you will not be happy with you are stuck. As I am writing this there are no yelp reviews for this company but I am so lucky that I gave them a chance because I feel like I gained so much and now I will be able to sleep better at night knowing my house will get the cleaning it needs by people who care and who are true professionals in their service industry. THANK YOU!
