As a mom…read moreof all boys, my home, especially the bathrooms, takes a beating, and this team consistently does an excellent job. They were even able to remove stains from our old cast-iron tub that I honestly thought were permanent. That alone told me they know what they're doing and care about details. What really sets them apart, though, is their integrity and communication. This is a family-owned business, and it shows in how they operate. From the start, they made it clear that if anything was missed, they wanted to know and would happily come back to make it right. That kind of accountability matters to me. I want a company I can communicate with and trust, not one that disappears after the job is done. Safety is also very important in my home, and I always feel comfortable with them here. They are kind, respectful, quiet, and focused. No phones, no distractions just efficient, professional work. They're fast without cutting corners, which is why I've decided to use them on a regular basis to help lighten the load. If you're looking for a dependable, family-run cleaning company with strong values, great communication, and pride in their work, this is absolutely one worth supporting. I also really appreciate their pricing. It feels fair and honest, especially compared to other services I've used that charged more for less.

Not once did they communicate with us. My husband showed them the rooms to be cleaned and that is the last we heard from them. We were told between a two and three hour cleaning was included in the price we paid. They were gone in about two hours. According to the owner that was the allotted time from when the clock started so if they don't finish cleaning at the bell they leave. The girls never walked us around the house to see how everything was when they where done they mopped the floor as they where walking out the front door. As they left I discovered dust that was not cleaned in multiple places especially on a piece of furniture by the front door they passed at least 7 times. Bleach was left all over the bathroom seat. I called to notify the owner and she said she doesn't do refunds I was not looking for a refund I wanted her to know the kind of work her employees are doing. She did offer to send them back or send someone else I refused as why should someone have to come back and clean again it should have been done right the first time. I now after paying $187 clean my house for everything they missed especially dirt on the floors. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend this company. It is a shame because I have multiple families looking for cleaners as well and will not recommend them. I have pictures to prove the dust left behind on a few of the places. Big thumbs down!!

My call to schedule the clean was answered on my first try and the man I spoke with was professional and courteous. I scheduled the full house move in/move out clean for a few days later. Two cleaners arrived right on time armed with all the supplies they'd need. The ladies were friendly and hard working. It took nearly 4 hours to scrub my 1400sqft home but they didn't complain at all and even laughed with me at some weird grime left by the previous owners. I was charged exactly as quoted, about $300ish (I forget exactly). I would absolutely recommend Two Maids & a Mop to everyone looking for a thorough house clean and plan to use them again myself about once a year for annual deep cleaning help.

Most of the place is vacant and I truly feel she overcharged just because it is now zoned as professional office.

Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it. Thanks for their thoughtfulness and I definitely highly recommend them to everyone who need someone to clean your place.

They are remarkable. When they came to look at my house and provide a quote they checked the blinds, baseboards, tops of picture frames, and so on for dust. I am very picky and they did absolutely everything...cleaned all the fans, took the pads out of the dog crates and vacuumed them, took the soap out of the dishes and cleaned them, washed the sheets and made the bed, rolled the towels in the bathrooms, and more than I ever expected. They were unbelievably thorough and worth every penny. I moved to The Villages a few months ago and tried several other people before them, none of whom came even close to the attention to detail of these quality-driven young men! (Stop Doing It Yourself) and hired Ruby Red Cleaning to deep clean our home as we prepared for the arrival of our first baby. I just did not have the energy at that time and it was such a gift to have someone come and tackle all those pesky chores I had been putting off. We had a great experience with the Ruby Red team of two cleaners and all the communications were easy & clear via text message and their website. They have a very streamlined process which we really appreciate. It was so nice having a clean, dust-free house and after I gave birth, we decided to continue using their services for routine monthly cleanings. After your house has been deep cleaned, the routine maintenance becomes much more manageable and does not cost as much. We found a schedule that works with our budget and now just about a year later, It's been the best way to "treat myself" as a new mom. Our little guy is already on the move, crawling all over the place, and I've had peace of mind knowing that our floors are not dirty and he can be free to explore his surroundings. They also use eco-friendly baby safe cleaning products with no harsh chemicals which was another important factor for us. Overall, I would highly recommend Ruby Red Cleaning for your residential cleaning needs!

Last year, while my wife was pregnant and close to giving birth to our son, we decided to treat…read moreourselves to a cleaning service and opted for a deep cleaning so that our baby could come home to a super clean house. We had so much going on at the time and just didn't have the time or energy to clean our home ourselves so Ruby Red really came in clutch. We received a quote quickly and cleaners were able to come the week that my wife was scheduled to go the hospital. The cleaners did an amazing job and were both very friendly. We have a smaller house and they were great about navigating the tight spaces and asking questions about certain areas where necessary. Well, as most new parents know, the first few months were chaotic and we were perpetually tired so before we knew it, our house was trashed and we needed Ruby Red's services once again. This time, we went with their basic cleaning package ($150) and it only differed in a few areas, most notably, we had 1 cleaner this time around instead of 2, and certain areas were cleaned a little differently. This package worked well for our budget and once we were able to get on our own feet again, we were able to fill the gaps when needed, like the baseboards, air vents, and other areas that are normally add-ons. As a guy who grew up lower income, this was a difficult expense to continue to do regularly but living in a smaller house, every part of the house is a "high traffic" area so it all gets messy/dirty quickly. After how well those first two cleanings went, we decided to continue the service monthly! I pride myself on being able to tackle the cleaning myself, and still do, but over the course of a month of cleaning and tidying the house myself, while being a first-time dad, it's honestly EXTREMELY helpful having a cleaner come once a month to take the pressure off of me and my wife. We've now been using their services for under a year now and have been very happy with the ease of communication, billing + tipping system, and the friendly staff that clean our home. A few things to note: they're an eco-friendly cleaning product service so they won't use harsh products like bleach when they clean your home. They're very clear and upfront about what they can and cannot do on their website, as well as what's included in their pricing so be sure to browse their site and ask all of the right questions during your first consult. They take detailed notes on their end and will clean areas to your preference without having to be reminded each month, even if a different cleaner comes to clean. We honestly look forward to this service each month now - 10 out 10 highly recommend.
