Why I'm happy: 1. he emails back extremely fast on timing, estimate and we picked a date. 2. he arrived on time, finished sooner than expected approx 2 hours 3. can work in a garage, was drizzling that day and I didn't have to move my car out 4. removed the dents with 0 paint damage + no other damage to my car One thing to note is my car is aluminum (Lexus IS 300) so there is a 25% premium for that type of body.
