Most importantly, he was on time. He goes to your location so you don't have to find him. I appreciated how honest he was in communicating his limits, and still exceeded my expectations on what he accomplished. I watched him work on my car the entire time because I was completely amazed. It was like watching someone do sculpting but on a car dent, and he treated my car with so much care. There were still small traces left because my dent was pretty deep with slight paint loss but the end result was amazing - I would have to search for the small "scratch marks" to pinpoint what he has done. He also gave a great referral for a paint shop afterwards. My dent would have cost me over 4 thousand dollars to fix but Daniel got it done for less than a quarter of that price. I hope I never need to call him again but I will next time that I'm in a bind.

His set of questions were easy and informative and quickly came to a price that was on the low end of all 7 vendors I contacted. Two options were provided for a full fix at his shop and a mobile dent repair where he would fix at my own home. I elected the mobile dent. Appointment set and Wayne was able to show me his steps, provided full transparency on the results and then offered to help rebuff. It took Wayne just over an hour to fix the dent. He holds himself to incredibly high standards of a finished repair job. I would give him 10 stars if I could. He is amazing, I will never go to anyone else and I will recommend him to all my friends and family going forward. He is honest, detail oriented, and patient in his work. Thank you so much for the fix! I will add pictures once I finish my wax and wash. Added a before pic

Will definitely be sending him more business in the future! What a great experience. A+

But instead of a quick fix, the process dragged on for over two months and required repeated return visits -- all because of shoddy workmanship and poor communication. They misaligned our front bumper and driver's door, broke the door latch mechanism (which had worked perfectly before we brought it in), and gave us the car back with visible paint drips, discoloration, and scratches. When we pointed those out, they tried to fix them, but the problems kept recurring. To make matters worse: Our rear driver-side tire was damaged while in their care. They patched it but didn't replace it, leaving us to deal with the cost. The shop refused to respond to texts or emails and insisted on only verbal communication -- no receipts or repair breakdowns were provided. And now, the trim above our driver's side window is peeling up, which was not an issue before and raises concerns about water leaks or even the part flying off while driving. The only thing keeping this from being a total loss is that they didn't charge us for the rework -- but even that doesn't restore confidence. We're now taking our car to a trusted shop to check for any hidden or unsafe damage. Photos attached for reference.
