He was so cute with his bandana. His nails were trimmed and he smelled great. Payment was super easy, when she texted to let me know he was ready. I was able to get the total price and bring cash. Terrible. I dropped my dog off for a tooth extraction and spay a few months ago. Later, I got a…read morecall that they did the spay, but not the tooth extraction, because they didn't have the right equipment. I told her the point was for her to only have to go under anesthesia once, and that I would've liked to know ahead of time, so I could choose to take her somewhere else. She told me she didn't even know about the tooth extraction until after she was already under. The training and communication here is very poor. The techs apparently 'didn't know' that they didn't do tooth extractions. But they also didn't care to ask. And they put my dog under anesthesia without talking to the doc about what they were doing. I had also been quoted $200 for the surgery, and they ended up charging me $400, and I still had to take her elsewhere for a second surgery. I told the tech to cancel my other appointments, because I wouldn't be bringing any of my animals back. But apparently she couldn't even manage to do that, because they've still been calling me, wondering why I didn't show. And then, to top it off, the incision site started leaking fluid, so I had to take her elsewhere to have it looked at, only to find out the doc didn't do the sutures correctly and left an opening to her abdominal cavity. As a result, infection was setting in AND it took twice as long to heal. You're better off going to another vet. This place is a disaster.

My cat has never had fleas before, and she was only brought here to be cleaned and groomed. She is well cared for and up to date on her vaccinations. Now I have to spend $100 on medication to treat fleas that she did not have before going to this business. I trusted them to take care of my cat, and instead, I was left dealing with an unexpected expense and the stress of treating her for fleas. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and feel that other pet owners should be aware of what happened before deciding to bring their pets here. I expected my cat to come home clean--not with fleas. I would not recommend this business based on my experience.

I can recommend her services based upon her devotion to animals and her up-to-date knowledge of diseases, conditions, and appropriate treatments. Dr. Belcher is willing to listen to me and to answer my questions. Her mobile unit is equipped to provide most services/procedures that my animal family has ever needed. She maintains and shares with me detailed records through her use of technology. She has been fortunate to have excellent assistants who seem to enjoy their jobs greatly. They travel with her and assist with all tasks related to the appointments. A downside to any mobile vet is the time factor of arranging appointments. Sometimes the doctor is in another county when a need arises. I had an emergency bleeding situation with one of my dogs and had to seek help elsewhere. However, those times are not the norm. Dr. Belcher is also caring for the pets of some family members. This couple does not drive and appreciates the home site appointments as well as being able to order any required meds from the online pharmacy with home delivery.

Tony was respectful, knowledgeable and made the process painless. The prices vary on the package, but I felt they were reasonable. I dropped her off on Sunday and they had her remains ready on Monday afternoon. That was a quick turnaround compared to when I previously did this for one of my other pups at a different location. Lienna greeted us when we went to pick up the remains and she, like Tony, was very knowledgeable and kind. Lienna was also willing to wait an additional hour after closing to ensure we were able bring our pups remains back home. I would give the company a 5 out of 5 star rating based on the professionalism, empathy/sympathy, knowledge and overall respect and kindness. I would recommend others to go here during their time of need for their pet family and I would return too should I find myself needing to care for my pets remains.
