My place was in shambles. I haven't been in good enough health to clean my home properly for the…read morepast 3 to 4 months and was in desperate need of a deep clean. Eco-Friendly brought over a team and I'm so happy I chose their service. [SERVICE] I chose a deep clean service with multiple add-ons (window blinds, extra tub/shower scrub). Due to the size of our house we were provided with 4 cleaners who arrived exactly on time - I was so pleased that we were given 4 cleaners instead of the standard 2. But keep in mind, this depends on the service and add-ons selected as well as the size and condition of your home. It took 2.5 hours with the crew of 4. The cleaners that came were all so respectful, courteous and attentive to detail. I hope the next time I call, we get to have this same exact team. [QUALITY] I have two dogs (including a very furry Golden Retriever), and the amount of fur bunnies that roll around the floors and furniture is never ending. The areas underneath the beds and sofas were like deep, dark jungles of fur. After the cleaning service, it was so clean, I could see the reflection of my face coming off those floors. There was also this small, dusty Slytherin pin tumbling around my closet, someone even cleaned that. [PRICE] The price depends on the service(s) you're requesting (noting that a standard clean and a deep clean are different), the size of your house, and also the condition your house is in. With that being said, I was happy with the price I paid. I've tried Hux a few times and one other cleaning service in the Atlanta area, all of those charged less but the service and quality were not worth it. But I'm happy with the service and quality I received from Eco-Friendly for the price I paid, and I will gladly call them next time.

Eco-Friendly Maids was SO incredibly helpful, communicative, and responsive to my many questions…read moreand specific requests. I've had two deep cleans with them (2021 and 2024) and they put so much effort into doing a great job- both beforehand in preparing for the clean, and during the actual clean. My condo looks and feels so much better. They were so thorough! I was feeling a lot of conflicting emotions and guilt about hiring someone to clean my house but I was so overwhelmed with everything else apart from my house, and now I don't have the additional pressure of feeling like my house is dirty, so I'll say it was totally worth it. One more note, the cleaning was almost a week ago and my house still smells great when I walk in. I love that they use eco-friendly cleaning products.

After all those many years, never a single issue. Nicholas manages the operation incredibly well. My house is always so nice and smells fresh after they come. We became attached to two of the cleaners- after I shared that fact with Nicholas, we usually have that two women that show up. It's nice. In the event I need to move a cleaning, which is rare as I try to respect their schedule, he is quick to accommodate. They are just an absolute pleasure to deal with. In a world with a lot of flaky/shady house cleaning services that I dealt with before, they are a reliable gem of a business, honest, trustworthy, with good communications that you can count on, for years...

I'm never worried about valuables because they have such a great group of folks working for them. Nicholas is great at managing everyone and great at getting in touch with my specific cleaners about something, if needed. We've moved three times since I started using them in the early 2000's and I don't have to go through a big explanation of what I want done. I had knee replacement and cleaning bathrooms can be tough for me and I retired and just want someone to come in every two weeks and get it all very clean. I don't worry that they'll let my cat out or disturb any neighbors (I'm in a condo). I like that my crew is familiar with my house and how I like things. I think most of the time I get the same people. I could not be happier with my service!

Green & Clean is an awesome cleaning company! First, you will get a customized quote based on your residence (i.e. size, # of pets, # of kids, etc.) and will receive your first cleaning -- if I remember correctly there was a one-time cost for the first cleaning as it is a thorough (AND I MEAN THOROUGH) deep cleaning. After that cleaning, the owner of the company, Cheryl, who is awesome, personally reaches back out and based on freedback from your cleaner can adjust your services. We live in an industrial loft, so dust is an issue, she offered up some ideas on how we can help manage this in between cleanings. Awesome! We have our cleaner, Nicole, who comes every two weeks and is a God send! The time we save by not having to clean ourselves and the subsequent arguments that would SURELY follow are worth every penny we pay per cleaning. If you're in the market for a home cleaner -- check out Green & Clean! P.S. The 'Green' in their name indicates they use organically 'green' products! They were a test company for the green line of Clorox brand products. P.P.S. They use their own materials (including vaccuum cleaner)!

We called a few weeks ahead of time to make the appointment. This last time, we called on a Saturday, had to leave a message. The first thing on the following Monday, we received a call back verifying the appointment. On the day of the appointment, two ladies arrived with all the cleaning equipment (on time). We asked them to be aware of many dusty areas along with cobwebs (the house had been vacant for awhile). We were/are very pleased with the level of cleaning they did. We have a small dog(special needs) in the house and that proved no problems to the ladies. So, our experience has been very, very good.

If the size of the room mattered she should have asked the right questions or asked for pictures so she could give an accurate quote. It's not the homeowners responsibility to ask these questions. She used a low quote to get in the door and then tried to squeeze us for extra money. I told Krystal we did not want to use her services anymore and we will find another company.
