I recently sold some old gold jewelry and had a fantastic experience working with Victor. I was really nervous about the process, but Victor was incredibly transparent. Excellent Experience! Dominic was great! Went to sell some old chains and odds and ends that we had. Fair and professional!

I had some old, broken gold pieces I no longer wore and decided it was time to take them in since they weren't doing me any good just sitting in my jewelry box collecting dust. I made an appointment online for later that day, and was buzzed into the shop by a very sweet lady (did not catch her name) at my appointment time. For my appointment, I was helped by Ricky who was very friendly and knowledgeable about gold. We chatted about the machine that was used to inspect the purity of my pieces making the process fun and low-pressure. Since the gold pieces I brought in had no sentimental value to me, I felt that the offer for them was very fair, and I happily accepted. I walked out with cash in hand! Not only do I highly recommend this company to do business with, but I encourage anyone hesitant or on the fence about trading in their gold to see Ricky! He was great, and if I ever accumulate more gold that I no longer want, I will go back to him because of the wonderful experience I had! Thanks Ricky! read more

I had a lot of bits and pieces of jewelry, coins and silverware. Nothing really sentimental. Just sitting around taking up space. After gathering my "treasures", I divided them down by type- gold, coin, etc and made an appointment at PMR with Irma. Extremely patient and accommodating, explaining the processes all the way thru. Ended up with a very satisfying amount. Will be gathering up goodies I have and go pay Irma a visit. read more
