This was my first time dealing with PMR. Kevin was very helpful and made the experience seamless. Thank you Kevin!

Easy and straightforward with the selling process. Linden made things very smooth! Very concise and straight to the point.

I went to PMR this afternoon to sell my silver coins that I have been holding onto for 13 years. My Mother had a market in the 70's and I can still hear my mom getting g excited when there was a silver coin in the drawer. Collecting them brought her so much joy. I can still see her smile. Fast forward to today I realized it was time to let go all of which I was still carrying around. In memory of her. Being a customer previously at PMR I knew exactly where to go the staff are very kind, courteous, helpful and detailed oriented. Qualities lacking in so many businesses these days but not PMR! Linden W. Is an asset to PMR as she carried her so very professionally on so many levels. Thank you PMR for being there and for giving the best service ever. read more

PMR was my first time ever using a service like this. I was admittedly nervous at first and it was me judging myself. Carole T was the very kind lady that assisted me and immediately put me at ease and assured me there was nothing to judge myself about. The experience was pleasant and Carole explained to me all the parts of the process. She took her time with me and never made me feel like it time to get to the next person. I was shocked by the result of what I brought in. I was hoping to have enough to cover the next payment of a course I am taking and left with enough not only to make my next payment, enough to pay the whole course off. I burst into tears. Carole once again was lovely and brought me water and gave me tissue. I told her that she was amazing and that she just gave someone their future. I am so grateful that I walked in and met Carole. If you have jewelry laying around (as mine had been for many decades) don't hesitate to reach out to them. Make sure to see Carole T. She is the best! read more

Went there to sell some gold. You would think that being a "refinery", they would give the best prices for scrap gold. Online a person can get up to 95% of the spot price. When I asked what their rate was, I was told they give 50%. They offered less than the pawn shop. Be careful dealing with this company. They will take advantage of you. read more

I was a little nervous at first to go to this place but I needed some money for operating expenses for my business and decided to sell some of my gold and silver bars. You meet with someone in a private room and everything is quite professional. They examine your items and authenticate them and then make the offer. Knowing the current price of gold and silver when I went in I believe they gave me a fair price (they have expenses as well and so I figured I would not get close to the current price per ounce). We agreed on the amount and they wrote me a check (I did think that I was going to be paid in cash as that is what it shows in ALL of their commercials but maybe they didn't have $7,000 at the end of the day. I will go back there again. read more

On 3/10/26 I brought in a gold bracelet to sell. One of the women who worked there ushered us into an office. She brought out a metal analyzer and proceeded to check the different colors of the bracelet which was multi colored. She told us the some areas indicated 18kt and other areas less than that. After consulting with her manager, she informed us that she couldn't buy the bracelet from us. We thanked her and left. After a leisurely lunch at Sullivans, we strolled down the street and stopped in at Ozel Jewelers. We showed him the bracelet and he weighed and inspected it and " offered us $6300. He obviously recognized the quality, beauty and uniqueness of the bracelet that PMR did not read more

Valeria was very friendly and professional. Took her time reviewing the pieces and thorough when explaining the value of each piece.

I took some old jewelry that I never wear and Valeria took a lot of time weighing and making sure what it was all gold. It had about 38 grams of gold with small diamonds I some and other stones ad well. Miscellaneous rings, chains, bracelets, earrings, etc. Nothing was over the top . She gave me over $2300 . She is so nice and patient and it was an over all good experience. They resell the jewelry someplace else not there. read more

Went in the store a few weeks ago and was quoted $2 under spot for silver eagle and maple leaf one-ounce coins. Went back today with coins in hand and the story has changed, dramatically. They are running scared because the market has moved quickly. Eagles are retailing at about $64, about $11 over spot. These guys are trying to buy at almost $20 under retail. I understand you need to buffer yourself in a changing market, but these guys aren't even in the ballpark now. Seller beware. Call before you waste your time driving to the store. read more
