Awful. One would expect compassion and empathy during the time of loss of a loved one but not from this group. Their prices are double to triple the price of any others I have checked in to and they demand the full amount immediately. Sure, let me write you a check doe $10,000 the day after my loved one dies. I have utilized the services of Precht-Harrison-Nearents funeral home twice now. When my late husband passed Glenn was the director. Glenn did an excellent job of coordinating Dan's Catholic faith, the Veterans Administration tributes (including the VA grave marker and the gun salute), and our family desires. When my mother passed Eddie was the director. Eddie kindly stayed late on a Friday so my brother and I could both be present to make the decisions regarding her burial. Eddie remained exceedingly kind as we kept adding to/changing our minds on the enormity of details that surround this difficult time. Though I hope I never have to engage their services again, I highly recommend Precht-Harrison-Nearents funeral home to anyone whose loved one has passed. read more
