She wasn't pushy like other places we had visited. Meagan really has a genuine love for her pups. We went in looking for a Poodle and ended up with a Maltipoo. My girls and especially my wife were in love at first sight. There was just a peace in knowing she was the one for us. After being in our family for several days now, that peace has been confirmed even more. Cali or Callie (we haven't decided on the spelling yet) is her name since we're from there. I like the in store pick up for online orders, but I wish they had a pick up location somewhere. Often times the only people up front are the cashiers and I either have to wait in line or wait for an associate to come. The sales are decent and most Saturday's they have pet adoption so you can check out the furry friends. They do dog training here and grooming. I've only groomed my dog a couple of times. I don't like that I can't see the wash/bath and the blow dry. If you're going to have glass windows to show the grooming, why not make the whole place visible? It's a little suspect. Customer service is decent, the manager is nice, the forklift driver who works early mornings is also very nice. Huge store with lots of different items in stock!

When I tried to get answers, they acted like I was bothering them. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. The grooming area and store itself were dirty and disorganized. It didn't feel safe or clean enough for animals, let alone people. Honestly, I wouldn't trust them with a stuffed animal, let alone a living pet. It's clear there's no real work ethic here--just people rushing through the day without regard for quality or care. The way they handle the animals is rough and careless. My dog was shaking when I picked him up. NEVER AGAIN. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. I would also like to mention that the manager of the establishment was very nice and definitely did see imperfections between our dogs. She stated that the tale was unevenly shaved, un proportioned, and there was places that hair still could've been kept to be honest. STOP TWO: Pet Supermarket 1541 Highway 20 W Ste 120 McDonough, GA 30253 Same emergency. Same smell. Totally different experience. This location was calm, professional, and actually cared. Alexa deserves special recognition -- she was kind, patient, and genuinely tried to help us even in full Code Brown Emergency conditions. No judgment, no attitude, just great customer service. That's why this location gets 5 stars. Employees like Alexa are the reason people stay loyal to a store. Highly recommend this location -- and especially Alexa -- preferably on a day when Skylar is not a walking crime scene

We filled out an application and never heard anything back. I contacted the company and explained that to them. They asked if I had previous vet info. Which I didn't because this would be our first time owning. I was told with "some" dogs you have to be a previous owner and that has been the last I've heard about my application. I think that's real discriminatory to tell someone they can't adopt because they haven't previously owned. What makes a previous owner a better parent then one who hasn't owned. Not only that most of the puppies you have were "PREVIOUSLY" owned by someone and now they are in your shelter so what does that say about some "previous" owners. Very unprofessional and discriminatory in my opinion.
