We love Dr. Pratt and he's always done a phenomenal job. But the staff that schedules, and does insurance and billing, has got to be the most incompetent we've ever dealt with. Love Dr Pratt. He took care of my husband for probably at least 20 years. My husband had severe lower back pain which affected his work. Dr Pratt was able to treat him with very little down time and keep him pretty much pain free. He's a great guy, great Doctor and we trusted him completely. The office staff are some of the most unhelpful, rude to the point of being hateful people I have ever dealt with. I was referred by an orthopedic specialist and was told they would call me within a week. After a week and a half, I called them. The first few times I called, I was put on hold for over 5 minutes. When I finally spoke with someone, I was told that I would need my PCP to send a referral. After another two weeks, thinking they would call, I made the call. After several calls and unhelpful or no help, I was told that they would not see me. After two more calls, it was finally explained to me that I was referred to them by some other doctor five years ago, and because of that, they refused to see me. Dr Pratt - He's the BEST! I've been going to him for sixteen years now. He's always helped me and we've developed a great doctor/patient relationship. He helped me so much so, I didn't hesitate to refer my mother when she broke her back. He's been taking care of her for the last two years and we couldn't be more pleased. I wanted to say thank you for the special care you gave my mother this week. You don't know how much we appreciate you! Also, there's a fresh face we've been interacting with for a bit now. Kayla has been such a bright addition to the staff. She's always smiling, always follows through what she says she will do & just brings a whole new light to the office with her perky personality. I was scheduled for a second visit with Dr. Pratt's PA because you only see the PA in his office. When it was time for scheduled visit,  I was sent a text message to confirm or cancel my appointment and I responded to the text to cancel my appointment and called into the office as well. When I called to office I was asked if I wanted to reschedule for another day. My response was not today, but I'll give you a callback. When it was time for me to call back make an appointment and get an injection,  I was quoted 300+ dollars with insurance when the injection was being done in the office. I've met my deductible and my office visit should not that amount. The lady kept saying it's what your insurance is saying you should pay. My insurance pays 80% and I'm responsible for the 20%. So I called my insurance to confirm that my deductible had been met. I was told that an office visit shouldn't 300+ dollars and that they shouldn't be collecting money before the service.  So I called Dr. Pratt's office back to inform them of what the insurance said.  They changed the amount to 172.00 and I said that's not correct. I was told that I'm being charged a no-call no-show amount of 50.00. I said it wasn't fair to me because I responded to the text and I called the office to cancel. I was told that she would relay the information to the management and get back to me. Two weeks later I never heard back from the lady. I called back today and spoke with Crystal only to find out that nothing that was discussed was documented in my file. ThTherefore, before I'm able to schedule an appointment I need to pay the 50.00 no-call no-show charge plus my office visit. As I stated to Crystal this isn't my fault and I shouldn't be charged a no call no show fee because someone in their office refused to do her job. Crystal stated I apologize, but I will not be able to schedule the appointment and will have to cancel the one that is already scheduled. This is a bunch of crap and I will not suggest that you go to this money-hungry doctor especially when you don't even see the doctor and all you see is a PA. Smh read more

Mr. Pratt is EXTREMELY caring and compassionate about what is going on with your injury. Not only does he have comforting bedside manner, but I have found him to be incredibly knowledgeable about back, spine & tailbone issues. I had some bulging discs along w/ one that had slipped and he was able to completely alleviate my back pain. I was 100% better after he gave 2 sets of injections. After that I had to have my tailbone removed (extremely painful) and I'm having such severe pain with my tailbone area since it had to be cut off. He has been with me every step of the way, which has been a long journey. He has continued helping me through that and we are working on getting it taken care of (it's a really long recovery time) it's been six months so far and he's been by my side the entire time I don't know what I'd do without Mr. Pratt & Cristy being there. I know that I will be better one day. I just know and believe it. They give me a sense of hope and make me feel assured that I'll get better. They really care about me and my well being and I appreciate that very much. His staff is also very kind and professional. Anytime there is a request or a question they respond to me within 24hrs. I am never afraid to give the office a call or ask questions. Cristy Wallace is another fabulous Dr. there, she too really listens and cares. She always makes me feel comfortable and feel at ease as I speak to her. She's been with me during this hard time as well and both of them really care about me. I think this guy is probably the best doctor in the metroplex, at least that I have met and know anything about. He is caring, extremely knowledgeable in drugs and their actions and has been successful in treating pain for both myself and my wife after literally dozens of failures from other docs and even failing initial attempts to control pain. Dr. Pratt is so kind, compassionate, and caring. I wish more doctors could be like him. His bedside manner is impeccable. His is so wise and knowledgeable but is easy to follow and understand.
