In my most recent service that cost $100.92 for one week of dry cleaning, my pants were not only creased but this is how one of the shirts looked. I asked if the pants could be repressed same day and was told they could do it but there likely would still be a crease in the pants. I wasn't offered a credit- I paid full price for two pants that I needed to press myself and for a shirt that looked like this. I contacted them by email and yep- no one had the courtesy to respond. So, here I am posting a review because they didn't have the courtesy to make it right.

I saw many reviews and the overall good ratings of Soap Bubble, so I gave it a shot. I stopped around 3:30PM on a Sunday and expected it to be fairly busy - which it was. But they had enough washing and drying machines that this was not an issue for a spontaneous stop. The staff were friendly and helpful when asked. The bathroom, seating area, folding stations, and machines were clean and in working order. Overall, I cannot complain!

The individuals with whom we have spoken, I assume are representing this business, have been unhelpful, rude and uncooperative. The most recent problem was that an entire load of our sheets, pillowcases and towels went missing and no one will take responsibility. We have severed our business relationship and instructed our Treasurer to no longer permit this business to charge services to our corporate credit card account.
