The individuals with whom we have spoken, I assume are representing this business, have been unhelpful, rude and uncooperative. The most recent problem was that an entire load of our sheets, pillowcases and towels went missing and no one will take responsibility. We have severed our business relationship and instructed our Treasurer to no longer permit this business to charge services to our corporate credit card account. I definitely would NOT recommend this business.

Anyhow, there's two laundromats in Biddo that are convenient to me. LaundryUp and Booms. LaundryUp is a bar with laundry services, which is pretty cool, but sometimes you just need a chill, clean, regular laundromat and this is that spot. Better and cleaner than all the ones I used to use in Portland, I'll tell ya that!

The lady at the front desk said they cleaned it with other peoples dry cleaning. the tag specifies it needs to be dry cleaned alone. Fast forward I reached out to management and she was nothing short of rude. I asked for their damage policy. Which, most dry cleaners have. She refused to give me any sort of information/policy. Then offered me 70$ to go buy a new one, mind you $250 comforter... From the moment I pulled in a nice gentleman greeted me and asked if I needed any help carrying my stuff and come to find out he was the attendant working there. He was very helpful and showed me how the machines worked. The place was exceptionally clean with plenty of machines available.
