Pros Great doctor He takes his time to listen to you and…read moreyour medical concerns . Great bed side manner jokes around makes you laugh while giving you medical advice. Even draws pictures to explain what's going on with your medical situation Calls you after test to personally talk to you about results Extremely knowledgeable. Cons Receptionist or appointment scheduler is rude . She will not let you ask questions. She just wants to hand you your script and send you on your way . She talks over you and acts like she knows what you are going to say. Questioned her about a missing scrip and she insists that it was called in to pharmacy. I knew it was not called in because I read the doctor notes . I left when to pharmacy and sure enough wrong script was called in I called her back and still would not let me tell her what the problem was she just kept repeating prescription was called in Finally I told to her let me talk. There was a prescription called in yes but not the one I needed !! It happened more then once so I was trying my hardest to let it go but I figured enough is enough so I wrote this review.

My spouse who has been seen here for years continued to see him as she doesn't like change. What drove us to the 1 star review is their total lack of caring and more concern for the money. This practice like others, called her a couple days prior to confirm her appointment. She explained she was in a walking boot with a bad ankle sprain unable to drive and had to cancel. Now the worst part, they charged her for missing her appointment, even though it was confirmed and she shared proof on her phone showing the day and time of call. We took a screen shot and sent over. They even checked with Dr Clough and he confirmed they would charge. Us being principled people, we refused to pay and my wife having several medical issues had to find another doctor. Clough's office also wouldn't share her complete records. Again there are doctors that truly care and there are those like Dr Clough that care about money and less about patients and principal

First, I had an appointment with the nurse practitioner Ann Patterson. After a short wait in the waiting room, a friendly medical assistant measured my height and weight and took my vital signs. She said that my blood pressure of 114/62 was "low," but actually it is normal. (I am a registered nurse.) After a wait of several minutes, the nurse practitioner entered the room. She spoke very courteously to me. She discussed my and my family's medical history. Then she performed a physical examination. She ordered a routine vaccine, laboratory tests, and an x-ray. Many minutes later, another employee entered the room to administer the vaccine, but he had mistakenly drawn up a slightly different type. Several minutes later, he returned with the correct vaccine. He properly administered it into my deltoid muscle. After this appointment, I visited other departments to receive my laboratory tests and x-rays. UPMC put the test results on their website, and the nurse practitioner wrote notes to explain that my results were normal. One year later, I had an appointment with the physician Jennifer Mall. A medical assistant took my height, weight, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, and heart rate. My appointment was in the early morning, but the physician did not arrive at work until 45 minutes later. The medical assistant said that the physician usually arrives late so she can drop her children off at school. I think that they should not make me wait 45 minutes. The physician asked some questions, did a brief physical assessment, and ordered routine laboratory tests. Later, at home, I logged onto UPMC's website to view the physician's Visit Summary and Notes. I felt surprised to see a temperature recorded for me, because nobody ever took my temperature. I have no medical conditions, so no follow-ups or treatments are needed.

My PCP retired and I needed to find a new provider. Several friends are patients and recommended…read moreDr. Jaeyoung Lee, and I definitely mad the right docto.
