They will definitely tell you if there are any incidents and are incredible about updating you by text and photo. We received almost daily updates. If you have a dog that needs to have solo time/tends to fight with other dogs/doesn't get along with others they also have a separate fenced area for them. This is in a separate little building right next to the house. They get indoor and outdoor time. This way everyone's furry family member can be safe and also get some run time in. I wasn't looking for anything fancy like those kennels with "spa times". I was looking for something affordable, safe, and fun for my dog. This seemed like a good fit and my dog had a blast. She slept for about a week and a half after I brought her home from her two week stay. They are great at managing all types of dog personalities and are transparent about the facilities. Take a tour of the space before hand. That's what I did and it worked out great.

My definition of a day is 24 hours. I dropped my two Great Danes off at 5 PM and picked up less than 24 hours later. I was charged $150. I asked if it was ever possible to be charged for a single day at all- they responded that only for "Doggie Day Care" is it possible for a dog to secure a one-day price. So, hypothetically speaking, if you dropped your dog off at 11:59 PM and picked up at 12:01 AM, they would call that "2 days." Called two other kennels before writing this review to make sure that wasn't industry standard. They said it was ridiculous. 2) I asked if they provided bedding, and they said they did. They knew I was boarding 2 Great Danes together in one kennel. They provided one raised bed for a medium sized dog. Would've been simple for me to provide my own had they just told me that. 3) They are open for two 2-hour windows per day, so plan carefully for pickup and drop off. I'm hoping that means "open-to-public" and they attend to the dogs more frequently then that, but I wouldn't put any bets down. Also, they told me a cash price over the phone that was not offered to me in person when I picked up. Not that I had the right amount on me anyway. I assumed, like a normal person would assume, that less than 24 hours fell in the "one day" pricing range. It's a shame. This kennel is near my house and I was looking forward to using them in the future. Nope.

First off, it's impossible to find someone to groom a cat in this area. We had a situation and desperately needed help with our long-haired Siberian. Unlike every other groomer we contacted, Furever Friends Family couldn't have been kinder, more generous, or more accommodating. They squeezed us in for a same-day appointment without hesitating. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely love animals. They took the time to understand my cats needs, her personality, and ensured a tailored grooming experience. My usually anxious feline felt at ease almost immediately (and seemed to like them more than me!) The grooming itself was top-notch. My cat came out looking like a show-stopper. That you never disclosed such urgency, was completely inappropriate and certainly changed our agreement. It was never mentioned in the contract that you sent me the next day. Last month, I inquired about the dog and decided no since I was dealing with an elderly Doberman with heart issues, that had some pretty hefty vet bill. So not to discuss but immediately threatened to increase expenses on the puppy purchase did not feel justifiable or amicable. Driving seven hours round-trip and several hours in the dark with a new puppy after 10 hours in the airport was not a reasonable choice for me. Also, I was willing to pay for the dog in FULL, before even picking her up. You can your justify your behavior anyway you want but a reasonable breeder would've worked out a solution that was doable for both parties. So basically you and stole my $50. Say what you want this is a Despicable act and almost as despicable as talking about someone's deceased sister on a posting regarding a business transaction. Absolutely horrific !!!
