It just seems like it would be more natural to me to walk in at the ramp and order then continue walking into the store to pick up your drinks. Today I watched about seven people lined up on that ramp waiting to order before was mentioned that they have to go through the crowd of people waiting for their drinks to the other side to get in line to order their drinks. I just think it would cause a lot less confusion and maybe frustration of customers if you were to flip those two areas

Ignored by servers. Ignored more by servers. Not even a pop in to say "sorry about delay, we're swamped" or something like that. More no service or sign of any server. We mentioned to the hostess on the way out why we were leaving and she just shrugged. Maybe it was a fluke today, or maybe the cafe is under new management. Perhaps rehire the former servers. Service was excellent. It's a cozy neighborhood spot. Prices were extremely reasonable. In fact, all of us ate extremely well and brought home leftovers. Amazingly the cost was only a little more than a chain sandwich shop where we had ordered eight sandwiches the night before. And we didn't even get chips just sandwiches. If I'm in the area, I would definitely return.
