I come in and am satisfied with their work: well cleaned and groomed, nails filed without injury, no nicks from the shears, and his generally calm (for him) disposition upon my return. Probably the one thing I'd say is that they don't always notify you right away when your dog is finished with the groom. Not that big of deal for me.

Then there was a multi-week gap in communication and eventually a text saying she didn't have the time or energy to help my pup out, all despite me having pre-paid for a 5 session pack. To make matters worse, she overcharged me by $100 for the pack. The only silver lining is that I was able to negotiate a partial refund. The whole experience soured me on Pam 4 Paws.

We purchased her puppy package for in-home training sessions with our French Bulldog, Greta. Not only did Pam teach us how to interact with her, but Greta LOVED her and learned so much from her visits. At only four months, Greta is now potty trained, comes on command, sits on command, gives, 'hi-fives,' is crate trained, started to learn how to go on walks with a harness, knows command, 'up,' and 'off,' can fetch, and we learned how to calm her when she gets over stimulated. She even began some skateboarding with her! Of course we have to put in the work to continue to in grain these things in a puppy, but I can't even begin to convey the wealth of knowledge Pam imparted on us, so that we could acclimate more into puppy life and so Greta fit into ours. Pam teaches the human as well as the dog giving you a wealth of information, going above and beyond so that you know why a dog does the things they do, how to manage the behavior, and how the dog will absorb the training. She eased my worries and I was pleasantly surprised how expertly she worked with little ones. I can't recommend her services enough.

My Koal is everyone's friend--an overly energetic crazy, bouncy head who can be annoyingly noisy in a kennel (my fault, he's completely spoiled). His haircuts always look great, and they have no issue communicating when he's being difficult. Due to an accident, he hates his feet messed with. They cleverly figured out that he stops throwing tantrums when cradled securely in a hammock for his paw pad trim and nails. Glad they are dedicated to keeping him safe, and calm while showing his Mr. Hyde side. Truly invaluable. Highly recommend!

Plug into google maps and off I go for my hour long drive, pull into this parking lot ... call inside to let them know we were here, but we were at the wrong vet.... OMG. What had I done . The vet I was talking with on the phone advised me where I was is also an avian vet and that they should be able to help me. So I go inside this Vet (Belton Animal Clinic and Exotic Care Ctr) and announced I was in the wrong place but hoped they could help. We had a good chuckle and they got me set up immediately in a room while waiting for the Vet. I couldn't believe they were available. While there the feather corrected itself and they were able to do a wing, nail and beak trim also. The vet tech and Dr Peck were the nicest people that my bird has ever been seen by. I was able to be in the room which made me feel so much more at ease as well as my bird. I can't get over how Great this place is!! It's super clean, the staff has extensive knowledge of birds, they're kind and gentle and the Number 1vet we've experienced in our 20 years together. I highly recommend!!!

That's a poor excuse and even if that is the case. They should have NOT have charged me for more than I was told!!! Especially since they could not do what I made the appointment for in the first place!!!! I would've not driven 1 hour, stressed myself and my bird out to pay $80 for advice. Shame on you!! !!! I should've never been charged 80$! I put down a $60 deposit because I haven't been there in a while, and I understand that. I was told the exam would be $55. Then they had the nerve after telling me how to go home and do it. I appreciate being educated because this is why I brought my bird to them.. But they don't understanding that I have to now go purchase a tool to do it at home myself. I apologize for repeating myself, but I am pissed. This is what big corporate does!! Screw the little man while taking their money! I am so mind blown right now !
