We decided on the couples 30 minutes lower back, leg and foot massage and it was really nice. We are both more energized and ready to take on the next leg of this trip. Cost was totally reasonable as well.

My boyfriend and I each got 60 minute massages (thai/aromatherapy) and 30 minute facials for under $150 USD I believe. We were in a large spacious room with ambient lighting and the masseuses were well-trained. The facial was not as fancy as the ones here in NY (extractions, steamers, etc), but it was a nice way to replenish the skin after all the foreign water/air/food that had entered our systems. Be sure to tip at least 10%! Overall definitely recommend. A nice way to enjoy your holiday :)

The appointment was on the -1 floor of the hotel. My therapist was on time. She didn't leave the room while I undressed so that made me uncomfortable. I took my clothes off under the sheets. The therapist told me that I was getting the Thai massage without the oil and the oil would cost an additional $200 koruna. I'm not a fan of up charges but I decided to get the oil since I'm not sure what a massage without oil would feel like. Maybe that's just the way they sell the massages in Prague. The massage itself felt good. I do like the Thai stretching aspect. It was nice going back into my room after the massage. I would recommend them but just know you will need to pay extra for the oil.

I had a two month long vacation this summer. Prague was my last leg of the trip and you can…read moreprobably imagine my body was longing for a nice long massage to get rid of all jet lag, sore legs and shoulders. I wanted the best and am familiar with Thai massages. I requested a four-hand (two therapist work on your body concurrently) 120 minutes massage on their website. Booking an appointment was a breeze. It was confirmed right away. I showed up to the appointment. Payment was made at the front desk prior to receiving the massage. They take all major bank cards. Receptionist told me which room to go into. Two therapist came in and gave me a minute to remove all my clothing. Once I was on the massage table and covered in towels, the massage began - one for my upper body and another for my lower body. To my surprise, the therapist who worked on my lower body walked out TWICE for an extended period of time without telling me any reason. You bet I was disappointed. The woman who was massaging my shoulder told me the other lady was hungry/need food or something like that. There was a bit of language barrier. I was like OK. Not pleased but what could I have done? She came back in after 20 min or so. Her pressure just wasn't there. She was only rubbing my legs with lotion. Then she walked out again. Meanwhile the upper body massage was quite good. Two hours went by. I gave a generous tip for upper body lady, said thank you and left. The lower body lady was nowhere to be found. I'm now back home, checked all foreign transactions and decided I do not want to pay for two therapists while I receive a less than ideal massage. I contacted my bank. A month later to my pleasant surprise I received a follow up email from John the spa manager today. He checked what happened that day and updated me the lower body lady wasn't feeling well and that it wasn't acceptable. He offered to refund me half the cost and invited me for a free massage. Apparently I cannot go back for the free massage but this is the kind of business I want to support. An honest business that stands up for the quality. Thank you JOHN for being an amazing manager. I took off one star because my massage experience was less than ideal. Massage is solid quality if you get a good therapist who doesn't slack. Overall I recommend this establishment to melt your stress and tiredness away.

After more than three weeks walking around on European streets, we were both in a lot of need for some relief! We both wanted a 90-minute Thai massage and then added a 30-minute foot rub. For Americans at least, the price was certainly right. Like a lot of places in Prague, they take Euros or local currency as payment - but they ONLY TAKE CASH. All in, they charged us something like 150 Euros for all of that - less than half of what we'd pay at home for the same. For those who have never had one, a Thai massage is a little different. Yes, sometimes the women walk on you when you're lying on your stomach, though that didn't happen for me this time. It's basically a type of massage that focuses on puling at your muscles and providing relief by basically trying to separate each individual muscle fiber in your body. This Thai massage used no oil and she massaged me through my clothes. If you want oil, choose the oil massage. One caveat - if you are the type of person that needs privacy for something like this, this is not the place for you. The room where they do the massages has probably 10 different slots all separated by curtains, but you're basically being massaged next to someone else with just a curtain in between. The women chatter to each other and you can definitely hear conversations. So if you need more privacy than that, this is not the ideal place for you. Overall though we were pretty pleased and you can't beat the price!
