My only complaint was that she kept on telling me she sending his papers that is was hard for her to get to post office. that is bull and an excuse. There is no possible way a responsible breeder can offer this many breeds. If you must buy a purebred dog buy from a responsible breeder. I mean, c'mon people, Prada Puppies? These are living, feeling dogs not a goddamn handbag. We made a mistake and visited this business when looking for a puppy and the owner had some disturbing "rules" and behaviors. Absolutely nothing but cash payments. No private conversations permitted. Audio and video recording devices listening to all conversations. A dog-aggressive pet dog in the room with loose puppies. Ask yourself why there have been lawsuits. Why there is a Facebook page dedicated to complaints and why there are so many people with bad experiences. We chose not to buy a puppy from this business and the owner had some disturbing reactions. Although I haven't purchased a puppy from Prada I have been there to see puppies. Everything was immaculate and I give her a lot of credit for it. Jess Durkin of Prada Pups/Prada Puppies is extremely unprofessional. I just had the worst experience of my life. After seeing the puppy I came to see, I wanted to step outside to speak with my boyfriend in private just for us to confirm with each other that we absolutely loved him and he was the right decision, she was clearly annoyed that we did that. Which was fine, we were back in the house in 5 seconds because we both agreed that we fell in love with him. Then, when going over the paper work, she slammed through everything. Her words ran into each other, I couldn't tell one sentence from another. She was using way too much veterinarian jargen. The average person would have no clue what she was even saying. When I asked reasonable questions, she would roll her eyes and her tone would be clearly annoyed. One of the puppies were coughing, which is a sign of sickness. But it's also a side effect of kennel cough vaccine. But of course, making a huge decision and being a customer, I'm going to ask questions. She had said she will cover all ver bills for sickness up to 14 days and there was another two year health gaurentee, not including kennel cough and some other common issues. So when I brought that up, she said she'd still Facebook pay me for it anyway and the only reason they have that in writing is so that she doesn't get stuck with a crazy unnecessary bill for exrays for some flu type thing that she said to me as if I would know how minor it is. Like what??? At this point, another couple showed up to pick up their puppy. She emphasized to my boyfriend over text that she accepts cash only, which is a red flag to me. I'm a bank manager so I like certified paper trails for every transaction. I had just asked her, why, to which she responded 'um, so you don't scam me' with the nastiest attitude. I had asked her how she felt about certified cashier's check, and she snapped. Saying, first you only want to meet on Easter, then you ask about kennel cough and then you don't want to do cash. Literally yelling in front of the other couple. First of all, she advertised Easter appointments after 4. Second, it was a big decision, of course I'm going to ask questions. Third, my boyfriend and I were simply inquiring about a cashiers check, even though we had cash on hand and were willing to purchase the puppy then and there. She wanted no part. While I tried explaining to her that I want him and we were asking reasonable questions, she told me flat out, she didn't care. She kicked us out. read more

Stay Clear of Prada Puppies and owner Jessie. She brokers/sells sick labs. Upon receiving our pup we found her to have a choking cough and had to be rushed to Vet, at which time it was also discovered mites in ears and parasites in her system from water. Months of vet bills mounted and every week Jessie said she would pay or lied that a check was in the mail. This went on for months, both my bills mounted and Jessie's lies about submitted my check never appeared. With no resolution and a nasty disposition of Prada Pup owner, I submitted my complaint to the state. My Veternarian filled out a form "Unfit For Sale ", which he instructed me to submit to the state of NJ, because the lab pup should never have been sold in that condition. That is the point we are at now 5 months after I purchased a brown lab from Prada Puppies. I strongly suggest stay clear of this puppy broker and use due diligence in your research of actual breeders. No puppy should need months of vet visits due to irresponsible people. Got 2 pups. Took them to the vet the next day. They both had coccidia, giardia and kennel cough. One had a limp, turns out he has hip dysplasia. The dogs are not properly vet checked or properly cared for while she has them. She is not easy or nice to deal with when you have to contact her with a problem or even ask a question. Would never go back or recommend for anyone looking for a healthy puppy. read more

I bought a "pure bred English bulldog" from Jess over a year ago. I am still waiting on her to reimburse me for a vet bill and meds from the dog coming home with an infection. She knew about the infection when I picked the dog up, she said I would be covered under the health cert no problem. The bill was only about $60, she continues to say the check is in the mail, or she was waiting for the breeder to send it to her; although my agreement is with her and not the breeder. She refuses to tell me who the breeder is. She finally stopped responding to my messages. She always had a new story about where the check was. She finally said that checks are processed on Thursday and she was sending it. Still nothing. Thankfully it was only $60. I cannot imagine Jess honoring her health guarantee for any serious issues if she won't even give me the $60 for the meds my dog needed when she sent it home with the infection. I wish I would of read the reviews on the Prada Puppies Complaints Facebook page before doing business with her. Most of the time Jess is a puppy broker for breeders she doesn't disclose. read more

Honestly, giving Prada Pups one star is being generous. She is extremely unprofessional. There is a "health contract" that she offers for her puppies, but it is fake. She will not reimburse as the contract says. My husband and I bought a puppy from Prada Pups knowing that this puppy had an umbilical hernia. She said that this is definitely something that was covered under the "contract" and that if it costs extra to fix the hernia when we get her spayed, to let her know and she would reimburse us for the cost. We signed the "health contract" and we thought all was well. When it came time to get our girl fixed, getting the hernia repaired costed extra. I contacted Prada Pups and she told me to send her the bill in the mail, so I did. Didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, so I texted her. She said, oh yes I got it in the mail I will send it out tomorrow sorry for the delay. So I wait another 2 weeks. Nothing. So I called her and she said, oh I'm so sorry I forgot I will send it tomorrow, I will message you with a tracking number when we get off the phone. Nothing. Waited 2 weeks, still nothing. We have messaged, called, texted for over 4 months now. And still NOTHING. Prada Pups is a joke. I would never buy another dog from her and I would never recommend any of my friends or family to buy a dog from her. If she doesn't want to follow the "health contract", why does she have one? It's a hoax to get people to feel more comfortable buying these expensive dogs from her, in my opinion. I hope my review can help someone reconsider buying a puppy from Prada Pups. read more
