This is one of the "Superstores" of Prada. This is one of the stores that gets all the collections and sells thru a lot of product. Its a great store to visit to see things you may not have seen anywhere else, or touch and feel the things you see online. Customer service here was perfect for us, we were greeted and one person helped us all the way to the end. Janelle was very patient and helped us find things we may like, but never hovered over us like a vulture, we had our space. We tend to get good service in every Prada we visit, this was no exception, but it was fun seeing the expanded (full) selection of Prada in one place! read more

I'm surprised I haven't written a review for this store, given how much I enjoy shopping here. Have been coming here for years- often window-shopping, with the occasional splurge. I've always been a fan of the quality of products (bags, shoes, the occasional coat). The retail experience here is really nice. Salespeople smile and are attentive, without being pushy. (This is huge since Saks and Barneys associates always have their faces in their cell phones.) The wide middle stairs and upper, bright men's department are enjoyable for browsing. I miss the transparent floor that they used to have in the entryway, but still appreciate the open layout ever since the store re-design a couple of years ago. The one time that I had a quality issue (backpack strap broke a month after usage), they took it back and gave me store credit. Another time, I brought in a 10-year old bag after the strap broke, and paid for it to be repaired. The repair work is excellent... Handles feel sturdy and are well integrated - i.e., it doesn't look like it was repaired by some random shop. It just looks 100% Prada, which it is. One of my fave places on Rodeo. read more

I love this store but only because I come here frequently to try to spot Kim Kardashian. I've seen her once and she was so down to earth and chill and the staff in the store were really cool. I also thought I saw J-Lo here, but now I think it wasn't her. Careful! It's very easy to drop a grand or more on a pair of shoes or a simple purse! Salespeople are courteous, competent and polished, if not a bit uneven (some are friendly while others cold). Prices are obviously very high even for the impeccable quality of the goods. Before you fork over a car downpayment's worth of cash know that there are no refunds but only exchanges or store credit on returns. For me it's the shoes. Best in town. Most sizes usually in stock. They do cost roughly twice what they're really worth (if not on sale). But hey it's Prada in Beverly Hills. If you have the means, the experience and selection is worth it. My wife and I purchased a very expensive handbag from Prada about 6 weeks ago. Within 4 weeks of ownership the leather on the bag started to exhibit these mysterious "white spots". We took the bag back and they said it would have to go back to the factory for 8 weeks for investigation. After thinking about the circumstances surrounding this we contacted the manager of the Beverly Hills store to demand a store credit. No call back (as promised) no follow-up after 2 calls. I wish I could give your store 0 stars. I've been a long term, very loyal customer along with my husband for many years! He purchased a women's black, A-line, long down jacket for me last year for my birthday from YOUR store. The jacket was around $2-3K, which has been worn less than 5 times since we live in LA. Unfortunately while at The Forum in Rome, Italy last week, a 2mm rip occurred on the back of the jacket. I was very upset as my husband bought this for me as a gift. We dropped in the Prada boutiques in Rome and in Florence showing them what happened to my jacket. All personnel were certain that our local Prada store in BH on Rodeo Drive (where the Product was purchased) would take care of us. They said the jacket could definitely be repaired, but would have to be sent away and would take about 4 weeks. Today, we stopped in to show them my jacket at your Beverly Hills Store. They were rude, unhelpful, and told us that most likely my $2-3K jacket cannot be repaired and if so possibly $2-3K dollars for a 2 mm tear! I left frustrated and in tears. I was going to buy an $850.00 dress today before I saw how pathetic their customer service was, and that they don't stand by their products! Louis Vuitton will go to extremes to assist customers with repairs! Prada, you should be ashamed of how you treat long standing loyal customers! If you don't assist us, you will lose 2 customers who have been very loyal to your brand! You cannot charge exorbitant prices, while refusing to provide less than exceptional customer service. You are supposed to be a luxury brand! Chanel will be getting all of my future business if this is not resolved appropriately. read more

If you spend $2,000 on a bag and it is defective the least you can expect is for the store to repair it correctly. After 8 weeks of waiting I went in to pick up the bag that was suppose to go to New York for repair. Absolutely no repair was done. They finally had to send it to a local repair shop which the workmanship was lacking. Very disappointing. read more

I purchased a very nice wallet here as my birthday present to myself, but I wish my sales associate had explained to me the Fed Ex policy that is in place for ship-to-home orders. In a nutshell, someone must be home to sign for the package, or else you will never be able to get it. Had this policy been explained to me prior to purchase, I would have just gone to South Coast Plaza Prada to buy my wallet as opposed to waiting for it to ship from there. I had to call Fed Ex, Prada's Client Care, and the South Coast Plaza Prada store to get my package re-routed to my nearest Fed Ex Center, due to strict restrictions. While I'm happy with my wallet, I feel it was an extra unecessary trip on my part. Please ensure customers opting for the home shipping are informed of the policy beforehand! read more

I'm totally appalled and insulted by the treatment my husband, infant and myself received when visiting this store over the weekend. We were standing in the doorway to the store, posing to take one photo of my baby with the Prada logo on the outside of the store. A salesperson approached and shoo'd us away multiple times, pointing to our feet. We kindly asked what the problem or issue was. He turned his back to us and continued to wave his hands shoo'ing us back to the curb. We did not take the photograph, and asked one more time what the problem was. We thought that if Prada has a no-photography rule, that was fine, and we could put our phones away, no problem, but he refused to answer us. We couldn't figure out what could possibly be the reason for being treated so poorly. He approached us again, pointing to our feet and waving his hands that we needed to retreat to the sidewalk. We backed up a couple of feet, outside the store front display windows, and this still was not satisfactory to him. He continued to approach us and was finally satisfied when our feet were off the marble flooring, several feet further out from the display windows, far out on the sidewalk. I have purchased Prada on every trip to Italy, and own thousands of dollars of Prada merchandise. I had intended to enter the store and purchase a gift for my Mother-in-Law, before so rudely being kicked out of the store, before even having a chance to enter. I've never, ever been treated so rudely or condescendingly by a store employee in my entire life. I'm so glad my baby isn't old enough that I would have to explain this kind of appalling mistreatment of another human being to her. This store employee and all of Prada needs a gentle reminder that we are HUMAN BEINGS and deserve to be treated with a little more respect and dignity than a dog. Shame, Shame, Shame on you, Prada. My wife loves Rodeo Drive. She loves the service provided by most boutiques and the shopping experience. She regularly shops at Chanel, Celine, Louis Vuitton, Gucci etc. Recently she stopped by the Prada store to pick up several purses. While her salesperson was certainly very nice, the overall experience with the store was atrocious. She had two specific complaints. First and foremost, the prices charged by the boutique were literally over $150 more than the identical product sold by Neiman, Saks and Nordstroms . This type of discrepancy is just absolutely inexcusable. Secondly, she was handed $3000 of purses in chintzy dust bags without any of the normal packaging and boxes that the products are stored in. It just seemed odd and very sloppy. Actually this has never happed to her on Rodeo before. We returned the products and bought replacements at Neiman Marcus - for several hundred dollars less properly packaged with correct Prada boxes, wrapping paper etc. We also noticed the store had a sign posted by the County Of Los Angeles for overcharging customers. read more

I love Prada. What's not to love. I have many pairs of their shoes and almost all of them are comfortable and I don't have a small dainty foot either-size 10 or 10.5. Yes, you read that correctly. I'm tall, I need big feet to stand up :) When I mean comfortable, I mean, I can wear and walk around in their heels all day long. Their purses and wallets never seem to wear out. For example, I have a black purse that I have used on and off for the last 8 yrs and I have to say, it looks the same. This purse has been on many a trip to Home Depot, Lowes, gardening centers, building yards. Its had some hard knocks and looks "new" still- I swear. My husband loves their tennis shoes ( Gucci is his first love for tennis shoes-but these are a close second). The staff in this location are friendly and great on making suggestions or pointing out any items on sale. read more

Favorite Prada store! We don't have a Prada in Dallas. I've been to the Prada in mid town and Soho New York. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. We both decided Louis Vuitton always has an odd tense vibe. Anyways. I'll definitely keep purchasing from this location. Skot helped me today with my purchase. I wasn't sure on what color gray I wanted for my bag, and he asked me if I wanted to go outside to see it in outside lighting, which was very helpful to confirm my decision.
