When I reached out, I was told they went bankrupt and won't honor the warranty or installation. Now they've reopened under the old name, but are dodging responsibility for past customers. Feels like a bait-and-switch. I paid for quality and support--got garbage and silence. Avoid them like a loose floorboard.

Carlson will not claim responsibility for any damages and is quick to file a lien rather than repair. Totally avoid this flooring company. Travis Carlson and company do not deserve your hard-earned money.
