Not only can you phone and make an appointment but if you're running late they will phone and check on you to make sure you're still coming. I appreciate that rather than than just giving away my spot. The salon is also located in a strip mall which means there is ample free parking. I've always managed to pull up close so when I leave I can hop into my car with my flip-flops even in the middle of winter! The salon has massage chairs for when you're getting a pedicure and they're very good about adjusting the water temperature. I always like it warmer :-) They have lots of colours to choose from either in plain polish, gels, or shellac. Plus they have different levels of pedicures I usually just get the Basic but you could go for the Deluxe. I've also gotten manicures there and once again great service. If you are looking for a new nail spot- this is the one to consider.

My friends had pedicures and I got a manicure. They allowed me to sit with my friends until the next technician was ready. Bonus as I got the relaxation of the massage chair. Tammy did my nails and probably gave me the best shape I have ever had and I go to high end boutiques as well as the little shops. I have been to this place a couple of times for pedicures, manicures and gel nails. I suffer from…read moreingrown nails and I emailed them ahead of time to let them know. I was told that I would receive special ingrown treatment. However, I ended up with the easthetician not doing anything about them. Yet, I was charged for the most expensive pedicure. The last straw for me was getting gel nails done in there. The technician had no attention to detail and sent me home with super thick and blotchy gel thumbs and pain all throughout my fingers. I did get a partial refund, but it was just so disapointing.
