How can you lie when a 80 yr old lady needs meds to treat Covid and keep saying that you are sending the prescription to pharmacy on a Friday when you close early and are not open on Sat. Alezia does not care about patients and just incompetent to handle phone calls. We made 5 phone calls to pharmacy and no prescription sent in. we Called Dr. Sampat office again and were told by Alezia that they were working in the chart about 30 mins before closing and nothing was sent. Just lies ! we are definitely going to switch doctors and everyone else should too. How can an 80 yr old lady rely on a doctors office like this !

Subsequent questions were met with reprisals. This practice made it known that I cost them money by being diagnosed elsewhere and they won't see me even on the web service. This lady absolutely hates Mexico and their doctors and patients and very publicly stated so. It seems s by far the most horrible experience of my life in any industry, let alone in the medical field. The utter hatred this woman has is palpable. I was personally treated with absolute hate, disgust and contempt. I can't even call with billing issues without being hung up on. Skip this place at all cost. This place is more evil than medical. Stay away. Really, she hates you and will tell you to your face, especially if you live in Mexico

This doctor started as good when he first stated to be known in Calexico about two years ago. Since…read morethen, he seems to have lots of patients and doesn't give the full attention the patients need when it comes to medical decisions. His staff over schedule appointments and they take masses, a lot of people in one day having you wait for hours when your appointment was at 1pm. He won't see you till about 4pm. Like your time is not important and no respect for your time cause he's busy making money. It's so frustrating that it seems like it's a medical mill where anyone with mediCAL comes in and out and they want to see you for everything to charge mediCALor the insurance. Simple paperwork that can be dropped off to fill out, nope an appointment plus a $25 fee to fill out simple DMV paperwork and other documents for other providers. Other doctors in the valley at least charge more but no appointment is needed for simple follow up paperwork. Oh! And they can't give a permanent disability place to someone who has a permanent disability. You have to go two times before they decide to continue to charge you $25 every six months to renew then if they are nice they will complete the permanent disability plate. Ridiculous. You tell the dr the same information the next visit and it's like new information that has never been said before never gets added to the notes because it's new information. I just told your this two weeks ago when you saw me! Don't you have records and doctors notes? Probably not because they are so busy booking appointments and getting as many people in as possible that they don't care what your issues are. Seems like we actually had a good doctor here and he got caught up with the make money business and just schedules appointments to make money. So sad. He seemed like a nice guy and was willing to help when he stared with his clinic in Calexico. Super sad that money and greed caught up to him. I switched to him because of the other incompetent doctor there and he's about to get the same reputation. So sad.
