They did not reach out to me when they got it. I called and left a message on their answering machine. They never call me back. Took me three days to get ahold of them, only to be told they won't see me. The lady on the phone was kept telling me they were not refusing to see me. If the company won't let you make an appointment isn't that what refusing to see someone is? The person on the phone kept telling me to call "them" which was confusing because i didn't know who them was, who was she referring too??? Two suggestion please be more specific, don't assume i know how this system works. Second one please start accepting more insurance or cash payments.

The pain would happen all timed of the day and night without warning. It was so bad that it would wake me up in the middle of the night. I was also experiencing headaches that were piercing and no joke!! I was referred to Dr Raiszadeh by Worker's Compensation who related he was the best in the business. I, of course was skeptical since it was Worker's Compensation saying so. Well, let me tell you something, I am 110% with Worker's Compensation!! He performed surgery to fuse C3 to C7. This was major spine reconstruction surgery!! A very complex procedure required extraordinary skill and patience. I was extremely fortunate to have Dr Raiszadeh. He was thorough from start to finish making very clear what needed to be done and he sprang into action knowing the significant risk to my health and safety this injury presented. I can't thank him enough for his challenging surgery. The after care, like anything else he does was phenomenal as well. I highly recommend him to anyone suffering the way I was to go and see him!! You'll find that he really cares about his patients...he'll take expert care of you. By the way, as complicated as my surgery was, I retained full range of motion! Also, the scar on my neck used to access my cervical spine is no longer visible!! What does that tell you!! Surgery happened in March 2018. I wrote this review in September 2018. Their staff is RUDE, & VERY unprofessional. I was scheduled for an appointment there at 10 am yesterday, November 11, Veterans day. I had called a few weeks back to verify that appointment was scheduled correctly because it was a holiday, a holiday I would have liked to participate in because I too, am a veteran. The entire conversation I got nothing but attitude from the FEMALE I had to deal with. Not only did I learn that I had to call the VA MYSELF (keyword) to RESCHEDULE my appointment, but "she" didn't even give me a number to call, instead she said I could look it up myself. When the conversation ended, I left it alone, & decided I'd just leave the appointment as scheduled. Yesterday, I showed up for my 10 am appointment at 9:45. At 10, they called me to the window & told me that my appointment had been canceled! Apparently, the FEMALE had taken it upon herself to call the VA & CANCELLED the appointment I was trying to RESCHEDULE a few weeks back. Much to my surprise, the FEMALE I had to deal with on the phone spoke up & tried to defend her actions when I asked (very loudly) why they had done that. I then redirected my attention to her & proceed to give her my 2 cents about her attitude on the phone & what she'd done to my appointment. Long story short, I've been living with back pain for over 10 years now. I waited for MONTHS to get some kind to treatment, I FINALLY had an appointment, & they went & cancelled it on me, without my permission, & to top it off, no one ever CALLED to let me know that it had been cancelled, NOT rescheduled! Then when I had asked for their names & lisence number's, they refused to give it to me because I'd told them I was goint to report them for what they had done. I finally had to leave because I was so livid my sentences weren't even making sense anymore, I was shaking & was about to jump through that window to attack that FEMALE for what she had done. I HOPE to GOD that if she happens to read this review, that she count's her blessings that I did choose to walk out instead of being dragged out in handcuffs. I would have given this place no stars but, unfortuniataly that wasn't an option.

Dr. Azinge mismanaged my husband's diabetes. We switched to this doctor for our PCP. This doctor…read moreimmediately changed my husband's diabetes medications and his blood sugar became out of control. This doctor refused to put my husband back on the medications that were previously working for him. This doctor's medication change caused my husband's blood sugar to go up to the 300s. We switched doctors again to get away from Dr. Azinge because this doctor was killing my husband. The new doctor was able to get my husband's blood sugar back under control with the appropriate medications. Dr. Azinge harmed my husband and also put his job in jeopardy because it depends on keeping his diabetes in control. Dr. Azinge is incompetent and I would not recommend Dr. Azinge as it would be a death sentence for anyone who needs competent care.
