She also got a new tooth brush and at the end of her appointment se got to pick 2 presents from a bunch of small gifts they have for the kiddos. She got a crown and something else I can't remember but recently we got a reminder on the mail and my 5 yr old saw it said we need to go back so she pick her present again. I was impressed she was not afraid at all. You as a parent need to just sit down and don't talk because they know what to do, many times kids behave worse when we as parents are there trying to reasure them. So my advice. Let them do their job, they know what they are doing. If you as a parent can't handle it, then send the other parent lol

I called every dental office's after hours line and I either got no answer or the response, "I didn't do the original work so I can't help you." The next morning I kept calling and no one would help me. Finally, Dr. Ainza not only answered but canceled his plans to see me. He was professional, compassionate, and made sure I left his office with the greatest possible outcome. His assistant Sapphire, also pausing her Saturday morning, was amazing!
