This lab has reported a false positive for nicotine to my perspective insurance provider and permanent record. Not a "maybe I'm caught", or "guess I didn't wait long enough"; but a "NOT A CHANCE!" that nicotine was in my system. Never has been! But once the insurance company sees this inaccurate report - there is no talking sense.

The building was quiet, I was temp checked by someone at the door and directed to the elevator. I easily found Quest on the second floor and walked in. They had a scan station for the QR Code they emailed me. I wanted for a minute or two and then Shauna came to get me. She was kind and calm and explained everything in a soft but knowing voice. She talked me through the prep work and gave clear instruction. She asked about me weekend and we giggled about something and then she's applying a bandage. It was over. Not pain, barely a pinch. She had me confirm my name on all of the vials and sent me off with "be safe" wishes. She was wonderful. I don't know if you can request technicians but I would absolutely see Shauna again. Update: went back again and saw Rosalind. She was punctual, kind, funny, and just as quick and gentle as Shauna. Thank you!

There's no way they can do most of these complex labs in 1-3 days so I'm not sure where the other reviewer got her information. Most send out labs even at a lab like Quest or LabCorp when they can't do them in house the turn abound time is at least 7-10 days

I was ordering tests for myself. I have ordered from them before, I'm well Aware of my food, allergies and mold exposure test results. I simply was ordering again to update my clinical values. Again, I have tested myself using their laboratory before. I tested off the charts for mold exposure, and have many food allergies, which is common in these days. Both tests that I ordered came back with absolutely no test results whatsoever. Not a single food allergy or mold exposure even in the slightest.. Not a single value was shown on either of these tests. They were basically blank standard forms. Which makes absolutely no sense, obviously there was a problem with these tests and these were not accurate test results. However, each and every time I called them to try and address the issue they acted as if nothing was wrong. I was completely Gaslit. On the third occasion of calling them, they promised someone would email me after looking at my test results. No one ever did. The fourth time I called them they insisted I make yet another appointment to talk to one of their clinical advisers about my test results, which were obviously, none. can you imagine that? talk to our specialists about tests with NO RESULTS In the end i will have wasted nearly 4 hours dealing with this issue. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE ]I can't imagine as a professional, referring my patients to their practice. Over $1400 of testing was ordered. They should be sued. They just said to call my doctor, but as mentioned, my doctor didn't order the test and the bill is coming directly from LabCorp. This is the 2nd time this has happened since moving to Kansas--healthcare here is jacked up--it's like they charge extra services just to see if you are checking the details, and then test your determination as they send you in circles and make-up excuses without any resolution. According to the invoice, test were run at the Overland Park, KS location...although bill also lists a NC location for payments???
