The doctors are extremely talented and the care is top-notch. They have an ICU and multiple other facilities in this the nurses over here in the parts center are very talented. We worked with somebody called Emily and she was outstanding. The front office is very efficient and they follow HIPAA guidelines and make sure that the security is good. This place does have a great cafeteria for a very nominal prizes everything over here that you find is very cheap. I definitely recommend this place for new parents.

The first time the "blue dot" Uber left me off at labor and delivery! I complained! So the dot was moved to the main entrance! That is such a long way for a leukemia patient to have to walk, hardly any volunteers, those stations empty with maybe one volunteer? The staff is unhappy! Since they made me walk clear across campus twice every time I was there, and made me pick up my own medication's at the pharmacy and walk that very long distance to where I had my CT scan,, I would never ever ever suggest a leukemia patient, who is single, with no car, and no one with them, to set foot in that nightmare of a hospital! They expected me to print out my own bloodwork paperwork! I am low income! No printer!

I visited today given my Dad might be transferred there for rehab soon from the hospital. The…read moreadmissions counselor was delightful and front and tour staff very pleasant. However, this place is literally the WORST I've seen in years. With each care unit's need increase the smell increased too. Over crowded and dated. Dust everywhere like an episode of "Hotel Nightmares"... 80s fake flowers, 8" diameter water puddle in the small elevator and countless puddles everywhere that no one seemed to see nor address it us (where were the safety signs for wet floor?). Lawsuit for slip and fall waiting to happen. One communal area door was completed blocked in the men's unit; rooms super small and hard to distinguish the staff from the residents unless they were super young. If it's been a childcare center it would have been closed or minimally cited. The fence to a "garden terrace" was like the leaning tower of Pisa... nearly collapsed and unsafe. The tour guide blamed some things on COVID -but Covid lockdown started 5 years ago and the ratings 5 years ago were still a level one. I really feel sorry for anyone without choices in their long-term care or end of life care. Please tour before you allow your loved one to be placed. Wear a mask because it's one sneeze from an outbreak. I feel for the employees too because it's like clearly you had no other options either. Sorry I'll keep my Dad at home and exhaust his savings and mine before I would allow him to go there.

The director was so grateful and said yes. I asked the director if there were any diet restrictions with people who couldn't have sugar etc.. and she said yes but a cookie would be fine. After baking and packaging the cookies individually today to bring, we got to the nursing home and the associate director said they can't take cookies or anything. She would not explain the reasoning. She was very cold and had no emotion. I said well isn't the director higher than you, she said yes but she went to the executive director. I would never send my love one to this place. I feel so bad for these people who live here. Horrible place.

From the very first visit, I was treated not just as a patient, but as a human being. I especially want to recognize Lynn at reception for always being warm and welcoming. The nurses -- Stacey, Mariam, Kristen, Sarah, and Shelley -- are absolutely exceptional. Each of them has shown genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism. They take the time to listen, explain every step, and make sure I feel comfortable and cared for. I have never once felt rushed or dismissed. Dr. Justensen is knowledgeable, attentive, and truly compassionate. The level of empathy and quality of care this team provides goes beyond medical treatment -- they restore confidence, dignity, and hope during a very vulnerable time. Wound care can be physically and emotionally draining, but this team makes you feel safe, supported, and respected every step of the way. I highly recommend KU's Wound Care to anyone needing specialized, compassionate treatment. You will truly be in the best hands.

After rushing to get my appointment and arriving a little late, the check-in person was so warm and friendly that I was not frantic anymore. She was very personable and kind. The staff at the front desk are always friendly and very personable. Amy, Dr. Gatz's nurse is very responsive and so understanding of my crazy work schedule as I travel, and am gone for weeks at a time. I'm very picky when it comes to health care providers, and knowing this, Dr. Gatz has always referred me to a specialist who is exactly what I'm looking for. The new location is beautiful, by the way!

Really unsure what her line of questioning was, as the injury was directly related to and happened DURING a high contact sport. It made me wonder if she was even listening. I won't go into the back and forth details of the exam but if I hadn't pressed for direction on treatment or recovery I would have simply gotten an "I don't know and go see your PCP". If my PCP could have gotten me in for an appointment, I wouldn't have been at the urgent care in the first place. The worst part about the experience was the dismissiveness of the student and the lack of professionalism from the overseeing practitioner. She literally walked out of the exam in a fit. Didn't even end the exam just walked out. I wouldn't recommend this urgent care unless you are in desperate need without any other options. The only positives were the facility was clean and both the front desk and nurse were friendly.
