I am not a fan of Dr Moncure's office staff. While waiting to check in you can enjoy the ladies at the front desk sitting around talking. Granted there really isn't a rush because you can plan to sit in the waiting room at least an hour past your appointment time, more likely longer, waiting to be seen. No matter how clear you are about time constraints when scheduling a procedure or appointment, you will be guaranteed it will work and it will just become a frustrating mess. The office needs some major change ups.

Didn't realize how much I liked SpiraCare, until I changed jobs and had to change providers/doctors…read morebecause my insurance was different and didn't include SpiraCare clinics. What I loved about SpiraCare-- 1) in the 3 years I used them, I NEVER had a billing issue (which I've had before and after using SpiraCare, since moving to Kansas, and is exhausting to resolve) 2) scheduling an appointment was easy, and I got to talk to a real human being. After leaving SpiraCare, I realized simply scheduling a preventative annual check-up needed to be done 3+ months in advance and (after leaving messages and playing phone tag) most providers in my network don't even accept new patients, ugh. 3) Blood drawn right there, immediately after appointment. It was super convenient, vs. at my new doctor I had to sit and wait like 30minutes before it was drawn, and had to pay them a $10 convenience fee for them to draw it and have it picked-up vs. me driving to a LabCorp facility separately. Since leaving SpiraCare I've become very acquainted with how jacked up healthcare is in this country, and supposedly my employer has good insurance???
