There isn't a desk so you need to make sure you already have a blood order in from your provider (you can also order on their webpage) . I checked in at their Kiosk box thing. It gave me their next available appointment. Sheila who drew my blood was sooo sooo great! The stick didn't hurt! (And I have had multiple blood draws). She was kind and lovely to chat with. The area looked organized and clean. Felt so easy overall!

Anyway she asked the Dr's name (he was a specialist first appt). I said "I left in the car" I brought a piece of paper that the Dr. wrote my next appt. "Thats not a work order" (I knew that, I could read ) One gal said "let me see what we can do!" (I loved that verbiage! Helpful) The other one at the desk mispronounced my name. If you don't know how, why not say the last name? I was embarrassed , I felt like I was talked to condescending. I drove back to my Dr.s office lab to give blood. I was treated very nicely, thankyou God! I wish people would be treated better. I dont think people are looking forward to a blood draw. It would be nice if there was kindness, not laughing.
