Dr. Kulow saved my life. I had a terrible diverticulitis…read moreflare which was chewing up my colon, and he got it out of there and cleaned up the infection. I was incredibly sick and in pain. I was scared to death, and he was amazing. He spoke to me on my level, not speaking down to me in medical jargon. He drew pics to help explain, he shared things about his own health to help build trust. After my colectomy, I saw him in the office numerous times, and he responded to all of the silly questions I asked and emails I sent. On top of me getting so sick, I got divorced in the midst of it, and he was sure to check on my mental health and let me know that I have support. When it was time to reverse my ostomy, I was resistant for a number of emotional reasons. Kulow talked to me like he was my friend and helped me accept that it was time to move to the final phase and close up my stoma. My last surgery was in October 2020, it also involved a hernia repair and he was so flexible, working around another provider's schedule while also honoring my timeline. Kulow stayed with me up until the end of the year when my insurance changed. I pray that I never need a colorectal surgeon ever again, but if I did, I would do everything in my power to find my way back to Ben Kulow. He knows what he's talking about, he's the best at what he does and he makes it feel manageable. He is kind and funny; he taught me to use humor to get through this.

You just found your DOL Orthopedic Surgeon…read more I was treated by Dr. Robert Greiner for bilateral carpal tunnel under Department of Labor workers' compensation (USPS), and after an exhausting search trying to find a surgeon who would even accept DOL, I finally found this office. I had been turned down repeatedly. When I came across Greiner Orthopedics online, I actually assumed a practice this nice wouldn't take Department of Labor cases - but I called anyway. That call changed everything. Dr. Greiner is direct, extremely smart, and patient- focused. He takes time to sit down, explain what's happening, and make sure you understand your options. I never felt rushed, pressured, or dismissed. He approached my care with long-term outcomes in mind, not temporary fixes, and I trusted him immediately. The staff is exceptional here, and yelp doesn't allow me enough space to explain why. Dr.Greiner and his team offer care that feels like you are at a family care for DOL patients. I just had my right hand done on January 27, 2026. I am expected to be back at work on February 24, only four weeks! I will never seek orthopedic care outside of this office after my experience. DOL or private insurance this office has a life long patient with me and my coworkers who are now seeking medical care here.

During my eight-day stay, had many nurses, lab, x-ray personnel, etc., so am sure I will skip some names, but give thanks to: Dana, MB, Domonick and Lisa. A very special thanks to Casey and Shannon whom provided A+ nursing care. They both were personable, had a two-way communication referencing my issues on meds, IV, etc. and made my stay as comfortable as possible. I expected that undergoing the removal of both large toe nails would be a most painful process; but it wasn't at all. Sans a couple TINY little fleeting sparks of discomfort, I'd felt nothing but a bit of pressure throughout the entire surgical removal of those toe nails! Afterwards, that night and the next few days were incredibly pain free. There were a few little fleeting sensations of soreness but that was to be expected. As a matter of fact, the only real pain I experienced was at my own hands... or should I say, feet! Lol. I accidentally stubbed one of those toes on my coffee table.
