Caregivers were sent to us who were unqualified at best--not to mention often flat out unwilling to do the work for which they were paid. On one occasion the aide outright lied about having done the work, which was immediately evident to all who were present. Attendance was also an ongoing issue (arriving late and leaving early). The company claims to run background checks on all of their aides, however, more than one aide claimed to have never met anyone in management. Attempts to reconcile our concerns with the management repeatedly went unheeded. I must concede that there was one aide who was both qualified and attentive; unfortunately she was rarely assigned to us (I hope she has moved on to a reputable employer). Needless to say, we are relieved to have ended our relationship with Helping Solution.
