Annual mammogram 4-1-26 I do them here every year…read more "Is everything still the same?" "No. I have new insurance. I handed my ID and new insurance card to the reception worker to record. She handed it back. "All set." 6-12-26 Billing calls me to collect. Was RUDE. Knowing I have no out of pocket expenses for this, I checked to verify that they billed my correct insurance. They did not. She had my old insurance data in the computer. I gave her the information off of my new card. She said she'd reprocess the billing. 9-17-26 Collections leaves me a voicemail. I called my Overland Park location of Diagnostic Imaging to go back to the beginning of the problem. I got "Harvey" in the billing department. She started off condescending. I asked her to compare and verify insurance member ID numbers to find the source of the problem. They own the problem. My member ID number was initially recorded incorrectly with one number off in the sequence. The call was disconnected. I called back and after another time-wasting event of being on hold and reiterating that "English" was my choice of language.. I got "Terica." She was dismissive at first as I explained my previous call and interaction. She prematurely informed me that there was no record of my previous call... 15 minutes before this one - until.. oh.. "Yes. It's in the computer. It's been taken care of and has been reprocessed for billing with the new information." These are the necessary actions required to be taken. They would have had to happen anyway... (because Diagnostic Imaging was irresponsible) I could have very well been rude and condescending toward them. I was not. Did they need to be rude and condescending to me in order for these corrections to be made? Absolutely not. Did anyone in the Diagnostic Imaging chain of communication once express empathy for me or take responsibility for THEIR mistakes ? Not one. I have been inconvenienced. MY time has been wasted. I have been harassed for payment they didn't receive only due to THEIR incompetence and sloppy lack of attention to detail. I was mistreated by rude and condescending women behaving like petty, entitled, bullying high school girls. WAS I being judged by several "representatives" in their collections process as someone who must be unworthy of kindness or respectful communication? Apparently. Do BETTER, Diagnostic Imagining! Some patients are struggling with terminal illness or facing life threatening treatment. THEY, especially, do not need your negativity. I'm going to KU MED next year and bypassing your mean, lazy, emotionally immature humans mishandling vulnerable humans.

Came here today for a skin infection. I was expecting a long wait at Urgent Care but luckily came…read morein a perfect time with only one person ahead of me. Seen by the Dr in less than 30 mins. The front desk staff and medical staff who took my vitals were both friendly, prompt and helpful! While my vitals were being checked, the attending physician, Dr. Peterson chimed in as we joked around, she recognized me at the yoga place we both attend. Funny, I didn't recognize her but recognized me. I was so nervous going in but after the initial introduction at the hallway with Dr. Peterson, I felt much more at ease while she treated the infection. She was very thorough, attentive and took great length to explain the aftercare at home and medication for the infection. I took my son here after a foot injury. Like most of us, the thought of waiting what seemingly…read morefeels like forever at an Urgent Care or ER only to be told everything is fine, take some ibuprofen and rest is reason enough to postpone seeing a doctor for as long as possible. But my son needed to be seen. I called the facility twice and spoke to a delightful woman on the other end who answered my questions and gave me directions. She wasn't pushy or rude despite calling more than once. The interactions with the front desk staff, the nurse (Susan ?), the x-ray tech (Amy?) and the doctor was extremely pleasant. They were patient, kind, and didn't seem to rush or cut corners. Even though the foot wasn't broken and we ended up leaving with an air cast and the rest/ice run down, I felt the appointment was productive and was confident with the diagnosis and recommendations given. Fast forward, we needed a note for school. The original fax didn't go through correctly. I called the next day to ask if they could resend the note. Now, I know they were busy because they put me on hold. Despite this, the receptionist who answered the phone was kind, responsive, and quick to resend the information I needed. Not once did I feel like I was an inconvenience which is rare in the world of medicine. Patience and kindness make such a big difference. Thanks for making what could have been a miserable experience all around, a pleasant one.

I told him the issue with my car and wanting an estimate to decide whether to repair the problem or trade my car in for a new one. When I took my car in, they did an initial inspection and gave me a detail visual of the issues and written estimate via text. Unfortunately, for my situation, the expense was more than I wanted to spend on the repair opting to trade in for another car. The service I receive from this shop was excellent and will do a good job on any repairs. I will definitely come back to this shop again for all my auto repair service.
