PR septic does the service and maintenance on our system annually. They are professional courteous, and on time every single time. They are fair and reliable with what we need for our system. If it needs work, they do it but they informed before they do anything that creates a charge, which is helpful. I'd recommend them to anybody looking for septic inspection and maintenance or pumping five stars for us for sure. read more

Shout out to PR Septic for outstanding service at reasonable prices. I've used this service for our home digester system here in Stevenson, WA for 11 years and the knowledge and expertise provided for yearly inspections is impeccable. Had need for repair at one time, and Nate & crew responded quickly with the right parts, equipment, and always here with a smile and efficient service. Also have used their "Ted Dee Bear Septic" pumping service as well. Office staff is always available to take your call, answer questions and schedule service. Nathan and crew did a great job of solving septic issue. I was very concerned as there were rentals involved and failure would be very complicated and costly. Nathan came out and resolved the issue. Pr Septic Service is simply amazing. My wife and I purchased our house last year and they came out to service our system. They quickly troubleshooted the issue and fixed the problem, Nathan the owner is hands on and his integrity is unmatched or unparalleled to that of many companies I have worked with. We reached out to him with another issue due to his original service. He gave me some tips over the phone with potential to come out and fix a issue if that didn't clear it up. The issue was fixed without a appointment. I will not use another service company to work on our equipment as long as we are in range of his company to come out! Thank you Nathan for the time you spent on the phone while I was trying to take care of my wife's panicked concern being a stay at home mother. read more

PR Septic Services is awesome. They know their stuff and will go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect!

We live in Northern Cowlitz County. Even though there were services closer to us, PR Septic came the most highly recommended by builders and installers - so when our pressure distribution system stopped working, we gave them a call. Nathan went out of his way to come inspect our system - he was here the next day. He fully explained everything - to the point that I could fix the bad float next time on my own. I had a ton of questions and he was eager to answer them all. His prices were really reasonable for driving so far and being so prompt. This is an honest business with an honest owner/operator. I hope I don't have to use him again - but if it's required, he is the only one I'd call. read more

I've had PR septic come out to the house twice: for our 2017 evaluation, and today, for a new pump installation. Both experiences were excellent - quick response by phone, and Nathan's service was perfect - helped us out with the diagnosis and install in no time. We appreciate the help and excellent service - thanks! read more

PR Septic rocks! Our above ground mound was installed by a company no longer in business. When our pump alarm sounded, we called PR. They are fast, friendly and honest. Definitely recommended! read more

We just moved into a house in Battle Ground with a septic tank which PR Septic serviced about a year ago. We had a toilet back up and could not unclog it so we were concerned that something might be wrong with the septic. My wife called PR and we're kind of noobs with septic so he could have told us pretty much anything. Instead of charging us to come out and inspect it, he suggested that it was not likely a septic issue and gave us detailed instructions on how to fix the issue. He also offered to have her send him pictures of the problem on this phone and he would help walk her through it. The next day, we got the toilet going again and learned a bit about our system in the process. That kind of help is rare these days. PR just earned a loyal customer by going above and beyond to help us solve a simple issue. Thanks so much! We'll be calling when we need the tank serviced or pumped. read more

I am a real estate agent and my clients hired Pat to inspect their septic tank. Pat has really gone above and beyond and did an excellent job in helping my clients understand the issues with the system. He also patiently worked with me in helping me get documentation to the buyers lender and even wrote up statements on letterhead to help explain the situation to the bank. I will definitely be using PR Septic in the future and have been very impressed so far! read more

We have had PR Septic Service test our septic yearly ever since owning our property, now 12 years. They have great service and are very professional. The owner is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend PR Septic if you need any service on your septic system. read more

I had PR Septic do my required bi-annual septic inspection. Pat and his helper were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Pat noticed a potential problem with my septic system and even though it would still pass the inspection he offered to continue to investigate and troubleshoot the problem. I gave him the go ahead to continue digging thinking that at that point onwards a big bill was going to be racking up. Pat and his help found the problem, explained it to me and offered treatment suggestions. They spent an extra hour or two in the pouring rain going above and beyond what they had originally come out to do. When Pat was ready to leave he asked if it was ok to add another $25 to the original price he gave me on the phone for all the extra work he had done. I told him that was just fine as I was expecting much more. For this reason, I believe Pat to be an honest businessman whom I would trust again for septic inspections or any other septic problems. I highly recommend PR Septic Service. read more

We recently purchased a home with a septic system and needed to locate the drain field. We were recommended to PR Septic Services by a trusted contractor friend, and it didn't disappoint. The owner met with me and explained everything in great detail, letting me know just about everything to do with my current septic system, warning signs to look out for, and measurements of our drain field. He came prepared with county documents and was able to look info up on his phone on specific questions I had. If you have questions about your septic system or drain field, call these guys. You'll be glad you did. read more
