We recently listed and sold our home with Ken Pozek-- the experience was excellent and we recommend Ken and his team without reservation. In fact, during the first (and only) week of our "active" listing our home was the number one local listing on Zillow (most active by views and saves)-- more than doubling the activity of the number two home. Third, Ken started marketing our home within his network even before it hit MLS, generating interest and preparing for an effective first week open house (where he actually collected "back-up" offers). From initial interview through sale Ken was a pleasure to work with. Ken is a Dave Ramsey ELP and responded to our ELP inquiry on Dave's website first-- within moments of our inquiry. Throughout our time working with Ken his responsiveness never waned. Ken was knowledgeable about the process and was always able to effectively answer our questions. Kirk with the Pozek Group is amazing. I came into this with very little background about the process, and didn't even know for sure what type of home would be the right fit for us. He was patient with all of my endless questions and knowledgeable about the market, the area, and what might be possible for each potential option. We had some rather specific needs that we had to meet for members of our family. He took the time to listen to what my feedback was on each house so he was able to help guide our search to find the perfect home for us. I was shopping from out of state and had a limited window of time physically in town to shop in person. He was flexible with our schedule and made the added challenge work. Let me start with the punchline: my wife and I could not recommend the Pozek Group- and specifically Kirk Gordon (with a big assist from Kim Gordon) any higher!! Kirk represented us as buyer's agent for our home purchase in Celebration FL in July 2026. As background, I am a very detailed-oriented person who has high expectations and uncompromising standards. Kirk listened to us in what we were looking for, including the differences between my wife and I. Rather than steering us to what might be available/expedient (i.e. a quicker commission for him), Kirk showed extraordinary patience in working with us to make sure we found the best house for us.
